I discovered and started crossfit about a year after having a baby and I literally got in the best shape of my life within 6 months. Since I was in the Army, I could really see a huge change and I was sold. I did it for about a year and a half every day with the exception of weekends and I loved it. Im thinking about starting over again. As long as people USE THE CORRECT FORM always no matter what, CrossFit will change your life.
@ahmad elshbasy I was eating high protein low carb BUT I was not watching my calories. I love to eat so I would have a LOT of meat lol, a lot of veggies and I would still eat carbs because I needed it for my weight trng, but in moderation. For example, I went to a restaurant and ordered a rack of ribs, a chicken breast, double broccoli, and half of a sweet potato. I'm a foodie so I like big portions. I was able to balance it like that even at home and it worked out for me. The key thing is that the carbs i ate were only COMPLEX carbs. I guess u could say I was eating a mixture of keto and paleo sorta...
Man I use to hate CrossFit until I start doing it its all about doing different exercise in certain amount of time. Total body workout . Just have an open mindset on this type of training .
I started crossfit on my own 4 years ago until last year (don't include the lockdown) and I loved it. Since last year I started going to a crossfit gym and now I'm planning to participate in the crossfit open and or more :)
Its crazy how there is still loads of people that slag crossfit off i honestly don't see why best atmosphere you want to go instead of you have to go its the only sports I have done thats made me gain physical muscle and you get ridiculously fit what more do you want 😂
Have you tried Alpino oats, specifically the chocolate flavor? It's delicious and ready to eat without any baking required. It's the best oats I've ever had!
@alpinohealthfoods I recently tried Alpino peanut butter, and now it is my ultimate workout fuel! It is packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats, it keeps me satisfied for hours. Plus, it's pure peanut flavor without any guilt. Perfect for staying fit and enjoying every bite, workout sessions with good peanut butter and nutrition are equally important.

Gym lovers and everyone else, this is the one for all your nutrient needs, with a delicious, creamy texture that's hard to beat! @AlpinoHealthFoods
Dangerous if done incorrectly.. I don’t see people calling olympic weightlifting dangerous.. and crossfit basically combines powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, cardio and bodybuilding together.. that’s literally what crossfit is.
@@Ahmed-pf3lg Is there a correct way to do those improper exercises? Just take pull ups for example, They lack the basic form and technique, It feels like I'm watching a guy with seizure who wants to put an end to his misery
@dailydoseofexistence7159 you mean 'kipping pullups'. Kipping is a standard gymnastics technique. In crossfit there is a distinction between strict pull ups and kipping pullups. You need to master the strict pull up before moving on to kipping. It's a good idea to know what you're talking about before slagging it off.

It seems certain exercises you have to learn them by yourself out of the classes.

Lol crossfit is a lot more healthy than body building… crossfit allows you to move fast WHILE looking good.. body building not so much.

Crossfit pull ups and Pull ups are 2 totally different workouts..
Yeah, One lacks proper form or technique and looks like you are having a seizure and other on the hand has proper form and technique
