    I discovered and started crossfit about a year after having a baby and I literally got in the best shape of my life within 6 months. Since I was in the Army, I could really see a huge change and I was sold. I did it for about a year and a half every day with the exception of weekends and I loved it. Im thinking about starting over again. As long as people USE THE CORRECT FORM always no matter what, CrossFit will change your life.

      @ahmad elshbasy I was eating high protein low carb BUT I was not watching my calories. I love to eat so I would have a LOT of meat lol, a lot of veggies and I would still eat carbs because I needed it for my weight trng, but in moderation. For example, I went to a restaurant and ordered a rack of ribs, a chicken breast, double broccoli, and half of a sweet potato. I'm a foodie so I like big portions. I was able to balance it like that even at home and it worked out for me. The key thing is that the carbs i ate were only COMPLEX carbs. I guess u could say I was eating a mixture of keto and paleo sorta...

    Man I use to hate CrossFit until I start doing it its all about doing different exercise in certain amount of time. Total body workout . Just have an open mindset on this type of training .

    I recently tried Alpino peanut butter, and now it is my ultimate workout fuel! It is packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats, it keeps me satisfied for hours. Plus, it's pure peanut flavor without any guilt. Perfect for staying fit and enjoying every bite, workout sessions with good peanut butter and nutrition are equally important.

      Lol crossfit is a lot more healthy than body building… crossfit allows you to move fast WHILE looking good.. body building not so much.

    • @dailydoseofexistence7159
      @dailydoseofexistence7159 Рік тому +1

      @@Ahmed-pf3lg it's not, There are actual studies why CrossFit is bad, There are actual studies about it being dangerous, 30 percent of CrossFit participants had suffered some type of injury over the previous 12 months and The injury rate was 3.24 injuries per 1,000 hours of training. The probability of injury for athletes who had practiced CrossFit® for longer than 12 months was 82.2%, which was higher than the corresponding probability for beginner athletes. Just search it in the Pubmed
      About moving "fast and looking good" if you a fitness expert who has basic knowledge about human body, it's not about moving "fAsT" it's about having proper form and technique and it's just nonsensical if you believe that body building automatically means moving slow, You can do cardio to maintain your overall fitness.

      @dailydoseofexistence7159 I am unsure what you mean by one lacks proper technique and the other doesn't. Kipping pull ups has been a practice for ages, although lesser known. Not that CF invented it. They just promoted it and they serve a different purpose than regular pull ups.

    As a gym enthusiast, I'm all about peanut butter. It's my protein-packed go-to for energy. However finding one without harmful additives was a challenge until I tried Alpino Peanut Butter. It's all-natural-no preservatives or added sugars, just pure goodness. Perfect on bread for a low-calorie treat. Gym lovers and everyone else, this is the one for all your nutrient needs, with a delicious, creamy texture that's hard to beat!

      @dailydoseofexistence7159 you mean 'kipping pullups'. Kipping is a standard gymnastics technique. In crossfit there is a distinction between strict pull ups and kipping pullups. You need to master the strict pull up before moving on to kipping. It's a good idea to know what you're talking about before slagging it off.
