Ever since I discovered OBE, the Gateway meditation and The Jose Silva Method I've been using frequencies and binaural sounds to aid me. No one does it better than you! On my 2 years of searching and listening to hundreds of similar stuff no one can touch the amazing work you do here! From Alpha to Theta and a mix for several hours. From study to sleep I'm listening to your work. From a full heart I appreciate your craft. You have helped me traverse the universe and helped focus to achieve my goals. I love you, thanks. Scotty.
@scottpark2395 Hey can you explain more on your obe experience and the way you do it? I've been trying but haven't had any experience. I'm really eager.
Trying to get over the seasonal flu. Used this track to help me get some things done when I had energy. So I put it in a play list: 8 hrs sleep, 20 min wakeup, and then hit the chores for an hour, then nap. Instead it worked out, today and being sick, that I slept 8 hrs and then dreamed about getting up and getting some work done. 😅 Glad this helps for getting deep rest. Thankful for that.
Thank you so much, for ALL of your helpful videos! 🙏 I just got put on Adderall to help with energy, as I have extreme fatigue related to multiple health issues. However... It seems I've suffered with ADHD all my life, based on the way it's helping. 🤪 As a sub of yours for quite awhile, dipping into your 'focus' playlist now. Because your sleep/nap playlists are 🔥! ♥️
Will you ever release a 2 hour binaural sleep video? You have playlists for 1hour, 1.3, 5,6,7, and 8 hours, I would love to see a 2hour one, I use your videos to sleep every night, I keep using the 5 good one when I only need 2 hours😣❤️
Hey thank for this work ! But a question remains to me. Why not use gamma waves to increase the focus as it seems to be the highest concentration frequency ! Anything wrong with that ?
My researcher and I did a whole bunch of looking into gamma. We aren't convinced... I plan to share our findings in an upcoming video "soon." (Which means some time in the next year 😆)
I'm using headphones, and if I change the sound volume the pitch seems to change too. Why does this happen? Or is it my perception? Thank you for these soundtracks, they massage my tired brain :)
@@Sara13R This is due to the volume of the frequencies increasing and so you are able to detect certain frequencies better as they are simply louder. Sounds, vibrations, frequencies are always there, but, can you detect them? Most people will experience this same issue, but perhaps you are either i) more sensitive to changes in sound, or ii) your ability to hear certain frequencies is reduced (or made better) by the state of your innate biological hearing equipment. It could also be both.
Check for INTERFERENCE from other noises around you. Modern living involves a lot of sound frequencies that we sometimes don't even notice because we're hearing them all the time. Refrigerators are the worst. A pair of closed headphones should help.
You can certainly play music in the background while using binaural beats, but keep in mind that most modern music is heavy on bass which may create interference or additional (unintended) beats. If you have the ability, I'd filter out anything below 200 Hz to be safe.
I would like to experiment binaural beats and Freediving together, basically using the beats to lower my heart beat and brain activity, should I use something like quick delta ?
Sorry it took so long, and that my reply isn't helpful ... but I think this is a neat idea. Given the dangers involved I definitely won't make any recommendations ... but I like it. 😄
I love Spotify too, but there’s ZERO COMMUNITY! Feedback and discussion are critical for developing products that help people. If you want these tracks on your phone, you can download them all here... bit.ly/binauralbeatdownloads
This one goes from 14hz down to the lowest jody can make it which is 8hz for deep focus as he has said in the description. The other focus tracks will shift frequencies every 10-15 minutes (im not too sure on the that interval) to "keep things interesting" for your brain so you're less likely to be distracted and it still stays in the focus enducing alpha frequency. I dont know the difference in the effect of the two and probably varies with different people. This is all i've got.
If you want to focus in one task that requires imagination I recommend alpha waves but if you want to read for studying well you can try with beta waves. If you search in websites like muse you can find a basic explain with source of books about how brain waves works.
Wow I'm feeling most peculiar I put both channels on to 500 w bass amp and now that I shut it off I feel really weird. It is not a binaural effect I'm experiencing it's a full body what the?
You either "overdosed" yourself or you listened "wrong". I understand it's supposed to be with headphones and very low so you just hear the wobbly sound. He adjusts the output, you shouldn't. He explains binaural beats and how to use them in other very short easy to comprehend videos. They're helpful. Good luck
Don't raise the volume too much it will cause headache.....just keep the volume low so that you can hear it. Keep the volume level same when you are listening don't change the vouume level
Definitely not! Maybe try listening with a different device (laptop, tablet, phone, etc) or different headphones. Check the wire on your headphones, your Bluetooth settings, headphone battery…

Well said man I was struggling big time today with focusing and this helped me too.
At first, I thought you were calling me Scotty -- beam me up Scotty! -- but it has certainly been a pleasure zooming across the universe with you. 😎

I love it, thanks Jody!
Still waiting for someone to create rollercoaster binaurals ;) they're more experiential than useful or pragmatic, but an experience never-the-less.
If you hum to yourself while listening to this you hear some cool harmonies in your ears, so that's fun. Or maybe I'm losing my mind. Either way, fun.
yeah it works even on his other videos... surprisingly a lot
Upload it on Spotify.

Also do you know if I can use normal iPhone headphones because I cannot sleep with my headset from the Xbox.
It’s 1.5 (guessing you mean 90 minutes)

Totally screwed up sound waves ... not recommended 🙂
You double the frequency

How is this soundtrack different to the other 60minute study track?
Much lower Hz.
kinda less annoying/more soothing & at the same time you get the benefit of the dynamic binaural beats
I think this is a delta frequency, the study track is an alpha frequency. Usually delta is to sleep, relax, meditate
@@manuelspringer8062 This is a change in the scale; not the frequency ; These are still alpha waves
