Ok, folks. Just because someone can stand or even walk short distances doesn't mean they are not handicapped. Lots of folks use all kinds of mobility devices, including wheelchairs for different reasons. You don't have to be paralyzed to need a wheelchair.

Understood. But why is she in a wheelchair again? And not to assume but we do have a billion dollar issue with fake disability imposter syndrome. I mean does she truly have to use the wheelchair? Do you understand accessibility laws are implemented with tax payer money? I’m not assuming here but take a step back and have her examine explain her disability since it was her last idea to create a UA-cam channel and put herself to scrutiny.
I would like to know if she truly needs a wheelchair? Or is it an excuse to facilitate a condition that is being over exaggerated for attention.

@@Rosalesdesign I’m gonna go on a limb here (pun intended) and say the woman who’s been using a wheelchair for years probably *does in fact* need one. You need to stop being obsessed with the "what if"s of the world and just trust people when they tell you they’re disabled.

    It's not complicated, sheesh.
-Some wheelchair users are unable to walk or stand at all
-Some wheelchair users are able to stand and walk for short distances/periods
That is not the same thing as not needing a wheelchair total. Do you (people whinging about this) only ever walk a few metres in your life?

Blimey! It really is hit or miss with London theatre access. The older venues have a variety of up & down stairs like an Escher drawing. Also seats can be so close it's torture on the knees! One of the best is the Globe's Gent's boxes, middle gallery. Also the theatre venue staff have been so helpful. Cheers!❤🎉

Shaking my head at all the ignorant comments. Wait until you can’t walk far and need a wheelchair or walker to help you get places and having to explain yourself to other ignorant and uneducated people. Just be grateful that you don’t need a wheelchair. Being in a wheelchair is not fun and has it’s own challenges like accessibility issues. 80% of wheelchair users can walk. Most of us use a wheelchair because walking is difficult/painful/tiring. Is that too hard of a concept to grasp?

The staff even helped me navigate through the Opera, get to my seat and store my wheelchair during the play, since I chose to transfer.

They are an ambulatory wheelchair user which means they can walk but not very far without becoming very very tired or being in pain so using a wheelchair is the best option to be able to do more things and go places, just like how you would use a car,bus or train to go to further places because it’s easier than walking there. Also there are lots of reasons why people who use wheelchairs can sometimes walk and stand. There are lots of different disability which have different symptoms and can cause issues with walking and standing. Not everyone who uses a wheelchair is completely paralysed in their legs it’s a very common misconception because more than half of wheelchair users can walk and stand for some time
