alexanderthemarsh yes I had been scraping it slightly throughout the day and went a little too far that time. I was also on/off the throttle sort of abruptly in that corner when I went down too
@@l8apexez Thanks for replying! I admire your taking it to the track, and you were looking good otherwise! I have an '07 sport 1000 and always thought thought that would be an issue with the pipes. If you took the silencers off that would solve the problem, but having done that myself, I know the track would probably not allow it because of the noise it makes. Perhaps there are slimmer silencers you can get to allow you to lean farther, or maybe the solution is to get a different track bike. Kudos to you anyway! What track was that?

Ha, well the right side of the tank wasn't so lucky. That was actually getting replaced this winter though!

i can see that the fuel tank and the seat didnt get any damage.
