Who wants to eat rubbery chicken-breasts and dried-out salmon that have been sitting under the heat lamps all day? In the time you spend to and from WF, you can cook a delicious meal for yourself for less than $10, even if it's just heating up some prepared foods you bought from Costco and stored in your freezer. :D
That's a terrible breakfast. We call cakes and cookies desserts not breakfast. If one really wants to go cheap, dumpster diving following in the footsteps of some young Americans, is the way to go.

盲盒是最近幾年比較流行的做法。以前這種麵包或pre-made熟食不能放隔夜的，很多店會在每天快打烊時打折，或讓員工打包，或捐給food bank (food bank 是慈善機構，提供浪民及低收入老人兒童食物，不過任何人有需要都可以到他們餐廳吃上一餐)

Whole Food 的熟食,都比別的地方貴 25% 以上,剩菜以三分之一的價錢賣給你,對我來說也並不是很划算,而且這些東西,自己只要有點廚藝都可以自己做,不需要搶,也不需要那麼晚(我們這裡是晚上9點以後)還跑到他那邊去拿.
主要就是自己做饭太累啦，一天做好几顿，太烦😅😅
