- Self-love & self-acceptance affirmations for the LGBTQ+ community, featuring sacral chakra music. Listen to this every morning and watch your love for yourself and your sexuality and/or gender identity grow! It can be hard to love yourself with all the hate in the world right now, including in people's personal lives with family members, etc, so I created this meditation and affirmation practice to build up that confidence and self-love for my beautiful community. I am allowed to show up in a way that makes me feel confident and comfortable.

My queerness is valid.
My queerness is beautiful.

I love that I am queer.
It is safe to embrace my queerness.

I am grateful to be a part of the lgbtq+ community.

I needed this today, and I might cry a good cry listening to it. I'm putting a link to this video on my phone. I am 36, pan, and awaiting an ASD assessment, as well as having been diagnosed w/ADHD just this year. It is difficult to love myself sometimes

I will never say goodbye to it.
Cuz if you jus say that to it , then it’s like actually throwing it away like it’s nothing.
But to me: I will never ever say that to it , cuz it’s like not living in it to the amount of how much I wanted to live in it.
