Hi Rohini, When you have cramps ya nas lag jaati hai morning me thats a very helpless situation and we want it to get back to normal very quickly. For this Just fold your ears with your own hands(like how parents use to do for kids in childhood) OR You can ask someone (if around) to pull (outwards) second toe finger, the one besides the tallest toe Within seconds it will get back to normal. This helps a lot
Rinse the baby wipes in water to remove chemicals and then clean baby poop.Baby may get rash if you don't use water rinsed wipes...then baby gets very upset. Vaseline jelly ( not lotion) is best for baby rash

Hi Rohini, I delivered baby last year and this from Graco is good for car but there is one detachable newborn seat as well which comes along with stroller to move outside as this you won't be bale to take out. Check for Graco nest and look for seat convertible to Bassinet as well. Let me know if you need further help.

Hi Rohini, i think u shouldn’t let naina to be with you, she is not matured to see how it goes, may be she will develop fear to have baby in her life, u know. We shouldn’t let youngers to be around. 2nd- just be brave when u are in labour. All womens undergo pain because we are brave , super brave to carry a baby, deliver and still no complains. U know womens are emotionally so so strong. May god give u patience and less pain and smooth delivery. 3rd- i have seen shakuntala auntiji story on the series of mamacado, she is so brave . It literally made me tears after i hear her story. Those early life were difficult and she face that with so much courage. She is so brave. And very very happy that “shakuntala aunty if u read this aap shakti ka roop ho, apney bahot kathin din sey gujarey fir bhi bahot strong rahey . Aap hamesha positive hai aur bahot jyada pyari hai, apney 3 ladkiyon ko janam diya aur unko bara kiya,kitna kuch karna para hoga . I delivered at credit valley hospital in Mississauga..all staff nurses and doctor were really nice..they would help you with the car seat . Also wanted to share in my last 15 days my doctors told me that they dont prefer to wait till 40th week for asian womens. They will give you the choice if you want to deliver at 39th week or want to wait till 40th week.

Rohini this Car seat will work for this since you have infant choice in it. Get the same company stroller so it will attach with it. There is an infant insert that goes on the baby seat so that baby head doesn’t move much. You could get that too.

Hi Rohini I am a traveling nurse here in Zagreb (east Europe) past 20 years. I traveled thru my pregnancy and at the last stage my son’s head was on sciatica nerve which gave me so much of severe pain. I was on bed rest in 9th month. 1. For your leg cramps, you could take magnesium supplement. Ask your OBG. 2. Also ask tyagi ji to massage your legs at night with hot oil. That may help a lot since blood circulation will be good with massage. 3. For the delivery also keep in mind that you may end up getting stitches in your private area after the child birth (usually most of us get if baby is big) that hurts to sit properly. I would highly recommend you to buy hazel witch pads and also a donut seat. Return it if you do not use it. 4. Buy an abdomen belt for post pregnancy which will give you the support. I went back to work after 9 weeks and as a nurse we stand 12 hours shifts so I had to make sure my abdomen muscles should be strong.
@@RohiniDilaik I am also from Himachal but born here. You will do excellent. Stay Active and take rest when baby is sleeping. All home chores will be done anyways. I also forgot to mention keep some hemorrhoid meds because with all that pushing, we end up getting that too. As soon as you will see your child, you will forget about the pain. I will share mine My water broke at 4AM and doc said have some light sandwich and then come. My drive was like 30 min from home. So I took shower and husband made me a light sandwich. I monitored by contractions. When I reached hospital, I was already dilated 4.5. My contractions were every min. I asked for Epidural and trust me it’s a blessing. It will help with pain. Take it no matter who says what. I started pushing him around 11AM, his heart rate was okay. By 2:30pm he didn’t come out and my OB said his shoulders are getting stuck.They gave us a choice to use vacuum and other things. We selected vaccum. Jr. Kapoor came out at 3:35pm and I had 3 degree tear at the bottom. He was normal delivery baby with 7pounds. Latch the baby as soon as you can. I needed the sleep at night so I kept the baby with the hospital care and they gave him formula at night however I breastfed him all day otherwise. Ask your mom about milk production. My mother in law use to give some laddoo for back pains and something made out of Alsi seeds for milk production. Both worked great. Whatever that laddoo was,till now I have no back pains. My son is 15 now. I also used Breast pump and stored the milk. Never microwave, I use to put the milk pouches in hot water to make it warm before the feeding. These days you also get warmers. You have family with you to support. I had my mother in law and husband and both are doctors. It takes a village to raise a child so take help as much as you can. Learn what to expect during labor and childbirth… I took it when I was first time pregnant I don’t know you are aware of it in CA but in USA my doctor/ midwife recommended it really helped ❤ good luck

Credit valley hospital has best staff, i chose that hospital as well, but they asked me if I wanted to wait till 41 weeks

Rohini this Car seat will work for this since you have infant choice in it.
Get the same company stroller so it will attach with it. There is an infant insert that goes on the baby seat so that baby head doesn’t move much. You could get that too.

I am a traveling nurse here in Zagreb (east Europe) past 20 years. I traveled thru my pregnancy and at the last stage my son’s head was on sciatica nerve which gave me so much of severe pain. I was on bed rest in 9th month.
1. For your leg cramps, you could take magnesium supplement. Ask your OBG.
2. Also ask tyagi ji to massage your legs at night with hot oil. That may help a lot since blood circulation will be good with massage.
3. For the delivery also keep in mind that you may end up getting stitches in your private area after the child birth (usually most of us get if baby is big) that hurts to sit properly. I would highly recommend you to buy hazel witch pads and also a donut seat. Return it if you do not use it.
4. Buy an abdomen belt for post pregnancy which will give you the support. I went back to work after 9 weeks and as a nurse we stand 12 hours shifts so I had to make sure my abdomen muscles should be strong.

You will do excellent. Stay Active and take rest when baby is sleeping. All home chores will be done anyways.
I also forgot to mention keep some hemorrhoid meds because with all that pushing, we end up getting that too. As soon as you will see your child, you will forget about the pain.
I will share mine
My water broke at 4AM and doc said have some light sandwich and then come. My drive was like 30 min from home. So I took shower and husband made me a light sandwich. I monitored by contractions. When I reached hospital, I was already dilated 4.5. My contractions were every min. I asked for Epidural and trust me it’s a blessing. It will help with pain. Take it no matter who says what.
I started pushing him around 11AM, his heart rate was okay. By 2:30pm he didn’t come out and my OB said his shoulders are getting stuck.They gave us a choice to use vacuum and other things. We selected vaccum. Jr. Kapoor came out at 3:35pm and I had 3 degree tear at the bottom. He was normal delivery baby with 7pounds.
Latch the baby as soon as you can. I needed the sleep at night so I kept the baby with the hospital care and they gave him formula at night however I breastfed him all day otherwise.
Ask your mom about milk production. My mother in law use to give some laddoo for back pains and something made out of Alsi seeds for milk production. Both worked great.
Whatever that laddoo was,till now I have no back pains. My son is 15 now. I also used Breast pump and stored the milk. Never microwave, I use to put the milk pouches in hot water to make it warm before the feeding. These days you also get warmers.
You have family with you to support. I had my mother in law and husband and both are doctors. It takes a village to raise a child so take help as much as you can.
