You have to learn how to do the math without assistance… and then once you’re old enough you use it simply for ease. The evidence for this theory is in Deathly Hallows, when Harry is captured by Nagini in Godric's Hallow. We find out Voldemort's perspective regarding that night.... everything from the kids thinking he was in a Halloween costume to finally casting Avada Kadavra against 1 year-old Harry.

I believe there's a line in Philosopher's Stone by the final chapter when Ron and Hermione are visiting Harry in the hospital wing in which they say they left the dungeon and were running to send a letter to Dumbledore when they stumbled upon him in the hallways. And then he said something like "Harry went after him, didn't he?" and then ran to the third floor. So I don't think Dumbledore was really on their heels as the trio completed the challenges. It sounds like Dumbledore just got admin privileges and doesn't need to do the challenges at all

Rupert grint was actually hit when his chest piece falls in the movie, a cremember was supposed to throw stones around him but hit him. You can see the scar in the great hall scene after. It is good that they shot the movie in chronological order (except for a few scenes). I got it from the 5 minuten Harry Potcast, a german Potcast where Coldmirror looks at 5 minutes of the movie and talks about everything! I think she only has to choose to die and the protection is in place, so if Voldemort stabbed her, then yes, Harry is protected completely. So if Voldemort goes to pick up baby Harry and throw him out the window, Voldemort would melt away.

The thing for the exams not being difficult, I've always thought that Hogwarts wasn't really a place where you are tested, but where you go to learn magic, and maybe they make it so people that are not really interested can go through, but people that want to learn a lot can also do it, so, as an example, you can pass all classes, but if you want to get a work in the magical world like auror, potion maker etc, you need to excell in certain classes, so people that just pass, won't be able to get those specific works, but they just need to know the basics of magic. Since in the magical world there is not really the same need of knowleadge that there is in the muggle world, and could just do something that doesn't really need the books or spells knowleadge that other would need. It's hard to say if students can really just not pass a class, I've no memory of the book telling us that someone got to repeat a year because they didn't pass or something like that.

I would like to know your thoughts on one of the most dangerous magical items to exist in Harry Potter. AKA The goblet of fire. For those who do not think it is dangerous let me remind you Harry never put his name into the goblet, yet because someone put his name into the goblet without his knowledge he was bound by magical contract to participate. which means in the Harry Potter universe you can be forced into a magical contract you did not agreed to. Imagine if a dark wizard used that same concept, it would bring the wizarding world to its knees. There would be no need to hunt you down for disobeying the dark lord. You would just be dead. There would be no being a spy for Dumbledore, you would just be dead.

You said that Dumbledore has been watching carefully all year and knew Ron was good at chess, Hermione is smart etc. My question would be that these obstacles would have been set up long before their friendship Dumbledore got the stone from gringots a month before Harry even got to school so it would reason it would have been needed these protections relatively soon after that, unless Dumbledore has been changing them through out the year. I am not claiming this theory is wrong but that there must be more too it such as Dumbledore would have had to know Harry, Ron and Hermione would be friends and who they were long before the school year started. I would say use of the time turner if that wasn't so dangerous depending on the distance traveled or maybe his own ability of divination tho his sight would have to be relatively narrow for not being able to see the very end at the beginning and knowing about the horicrux from the start. So Dumbledore is completely fine with Voldemort killing Snape and setting things up for it to happen. You would think setting a plan up to get someone killed might rip your soul, especially if saving the whole Wizard world by killing Voldemort would rip Harry's soul.
dumbledore knows too much to be guessing. I believe he was using a time turner to initiate a plan and see it's possible outcome, then going back and trying another, etc. until he found the ultimate course to steer the wizarding world, not just Harry or the Golden Trio, into a successful outcome

It does take time for death to settle in, it's not automatic. That's why Harry was unable to see thestrals.

IF THE MIRROR OF ERISED ONLY GIVES THE SORCERER'S STONE WHO WANTED TO SEARCH FOR AND NOT USE IT THEN QUIRELL/VOLDEMORT WOULD NOT ABLE TO GET THE STONE EVEN IF HARRY WAS NOT THERE. The thing for the exams not being difficult, I've always thought that Hogwarts wasn't really a place where you are tested, but where you go to learn magic, and maybe they make it so people that are not really interested can go through, but people that want to learn a lot can also do it, so, as an example, you can pass all classes, but if you want to get a work in the magical world like auror, potion maker etc, you need to excell in certain classes, so people that just pass, won't be able to get those specific works, but they just need to know the basics of magic. Since in the magical world there is not really the same need of knowleadge that there is in the muggle world, and could just do something that doesn't really need the books or spells knowleadge that other would need. It's hard to say if students can really just not pass a class, I've no memory of the book telling us that someone got to repeat a year because they didn't pass or something like that.

I would think that for someone to have a split soul for killing someone, there has to be the intent to kill, when Harry fought against Quirrell, he didn't really wanted to kill him, just stop him/defend himself, as for Harry's mother, maybe at the time, he didn't really understand that he was witnessing a death, and that's why he didn't see thestralls at first? I would like to know your thoughts on one of the most dangerous magical items to exist in Harry Potter. AKA The goblet of fire. For those who do not think it is dangerous let me remind you Harry never put his name into the goblet, yet because someone put his name into the goblet without his knowledge he was bound by magical contract to participate. which means in the Harry Potter universe you can be forced into a magical contract you did not agreed to. Imagine if a dark wizard used that same concept, it would bring the wizarding world to its knees. There would be no need to hunt you down for disobeying the dark lord. You would just be dead. There would be no being a spy for Dumbledore, you would just be dead.
Lately I've wondered if Dumbledore used a confundus charm to "help" them get the dragon to the tower, because it doesn't really seem reasonable that the kids carried her up there themselves.

I think that the puzzles reset themselves based on the assumption that if someone does make their way through them eventually dumbledore or someone would have to also get in to catch the culprit, so it would always have to be gone through at least twice even if the trio didn’t go down. It makes sense to me but it’s ultimately just headcannon

You said that Dumbledore has been watching carefully all year and knew Ron was good at chess, Hermione is smart etc. My question would be that these obstacles would have been set up long before their friendship Dumbledore got the stone from gringots a month before Harry even got to school so it would reason it would have been needed these protections relatively soon after that, unless Dumbledore has been changing them through out the year. I am not claiming this theory is wrong but that there must be more too it such as Dumbledore would have had to know Harry, Ron and Hermione would be friends and who they were long before the school year started. I would say use of the time turner if that wasn't so dangerous depending on the distance traveled or maybe his own ability of divination tho his sight would have to be relatively narrow for not being able to see the very end at the beginning and knowing about the horicrux from the start. Something like this would be the only way he could have set this up in such a way I would think

So Dumbledore is completely fine with Voldemort killing Snape and setting things up for it to happen. You would think setting a plan up to get someone killed might rip your soul, especially if saving the whole Wizard world by killing Voldemort would rip Harry's soul.
