I'm only 1 week in and I feel so much better. I recently lost my husband of 40 years plus suffering depression before and during his illness. After he died, I went down the lack of self care, not eating or not eating properly. Drinking excessively, not sleeping etc. I'm still mourning my loss but have decided to not touch alcohol, for at least a month (I drank every day for years) with the odd break, but nothing significant. Let's see how it goes 🙏
