Tobias Hawke expertise is truly commendable. He has this knack for making complex crypto concepts easy to understand.
The bigger USDe gets, the more they influence the perp rates and become a target. Perfect setup for a Terra Luna scenario and a blowup.
This is the concern. these algo coins are great except there's ALWAYS a way to "shake" up the system enough to create panic. If he's right and redemptions stabalize rather than exacerbate the depeg, then worst case scenaro TVL drops until the fud passes. I hope it works!

Problem is there will be a sequence of unforeseen events that guy could not have factored in when developing ethena....all the implosions in finance are never planned, things are good until they are not...this is right at the forefront of risk without a doubt. Problem is ethena is stitching itself deeper into the ethereum ecosystem so the unwinding of ethena could be nasty

I have 3 prognoses:
Pessimistic can reach 6/7 dollars,
Realistic can reach 14/15 dollars,
Bullish: can reach 20/25 dollars.
I think that it will depend about how big it will be this bull run.

Great interview! If Scott would distance himself from fraud Soloway this channel would be amazing. I mean, guys like Mike McGlone are blinded by headlines and irrelevant data but at least, despite being completely wrong most of the time, they are analysts and traders. I suspect Soloway is neither, especially after hearing him claim a 99% win rate; smells like a con man.

The explanation of handling negative funding rates is school boyish at best, this is LUNA V2, we have a backup fund to handle bad times. Arthur Hayes is as dodgy AF, Curve founder is dodgy AF, Frax was the biggest partner of Luna
