From QLD Australia. I'm seeing you next week in Brisbane! I've also seen you in Canberra in 92 I think, at Blue Mountains folk festival a few times, and I think Sydney once too! I feel like we go back years, though of course I've never met you!
I am here in a small Czech town called Tabor -- a beautiful spot about 70 km south of Prague and the home of the one eyed czech warrior and hero Jan Zizka. I am an aussie bloke married to a Czech beauty --- but with irish grandparents of course. ( don't we all ). Thanks for the music Luka ---come and play Prague sometime and I will bring all my friends.
Back in 1989, hanging w/ my college girlfriend, we first listened to Luka Bloom. It was a CD that was sent to the college newspaper for review and publicity. The music editor happened to be my GF's roommate. Here it is, 34 years later, still grooving on one of the best singer-songwriters ever. Thank you Luka for the work you do, the passion and the music. Grateful to have cross paths w/ you.
Thank you from Eden NSW Australia . Very much looking forward to when you can come and visit again . Things are moving on slowly ; The bush is regenerating, the whales are migrating and we are very resilient people. Your Sunny Sailor Boy suits us too . Lovely to hear you on our local ABC this morning. Cheers
Birthday Blessings Luka...from Golden Bay, New Zealand...with Irish blood coursing through me...Thank you for gifting your voice, your music, your heart.
Thank you, Mr. Bloom! I'm from Cincinnati, Ohio and our Governor just about 2 hours ago enacted more stringent requirements for "sheltering in place". So my wife is out currently of work (She works at a teaching center) but I'm in an "essential industry" so it's work, work, work for me. Before I left work Friday is was issued a letter by my employer to show law enforcement if I'm questioned as to why I'm on the road. I must make sure that my "papers are in order" and it seems my employer may have had some advance notice of the Governor's leanings. Tough times, indeed but my heart is warmed because of the number of musicians that have posted so many intimate videos in this last week, from the folkies to the punkers. Keep them coming!!!
Beautiful Luka. God bless. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting you but did have the pleasure of meeting the big brother At a gig we did at a house on captains road crumlin a year or two ago. Christy is a friend of the man we did a gig for. It was a great surprise to see a music hero turn up at a gig of ours . .thetwodubs as we are known. Anyway it's great to see that the acoustic motorbike is revving it up as always! God bless you and The family

Hi Luka, so glad to get to listen to your art! I became a fan of yours in the early '90s when I stumbled across Riverside in a little shop in Rutland, VT, USA. Happily enjoying your music all these years later here in Boston, Massachusetts....... Andy
I am from Frankfurt, Germany. It's 2023, in April. I read in the gazette, that you play music in Frankfurt. The text, wrote about you makes me curious. So I searched in Google and on UA-cam and I found you......and I like your music and your voice so much. Thank you, god bless you
Thank you. Friends here have played and sung your songs. Very well too - I'm sure you'd enjoy these little times. But I've never really sat down and listened to you before. I feel I've found a brother. And a big family too. A blessing indeed, especially in wintry lockdown Melbourne. David Moloney

Love every bit of this video. We play it regularly, to play and chill as we do whatever we're doing. It's relaxing, evocative and sometimes we sit and admire the finger work and beautiful sounds. Your voice and story telling paints pictures and lets you travel. This gift you created for all of us in lockdown has been splendid. Thank you and know that it's very appreciated. Every time I've watched it (I think about 15 times or more), I want to write and let you know it's precious. PS. you need a Charango in your collection ;-)
I live in a small town in Southern Colorado, USA called Walsenburg with a beautiful view of 14,000ft Spanish Peaks. I've never heard of you before today but a friend recommended I check out your music. Just came off of a live stream of a master class with Jacob Collier at USC Performance Science Series and wanted to have a listen to you! Music will transform the world and bring us together in true harmony. Blessings of love to you!
Hi Luka, here is Angela from Berlin, Germany - enjoyed this concert. Saw you the first time in Berlin 1994. I´ve been a hughe fan of your music throughout the years. Finally made it to Ireland for my first time in early March! In Ennistymon Right before you were recording this. I came to see you at 930 Club in DC in ‘90 or ‘91. Changed my life, your music became an anthem for me as I dug into my roots. Just as fine today as it was then. Will come see you again soon.
I've been a fan for 30 years. From New Jersey in the US. If all goes well and we are allowed to travel again I will be in Ireland next month, staying just a couple of miles outside of Ennistymon for a night during the trip. I will have to stop in to The Aloe Tree.
