I live for the grilled cheese, because I recently finished the grilled cheese aspiration earlier. And my sim have no worries, whenever she was hungry because she can summon grilled cheese anytime 😅
I used to not be a big fan of grilled cheese. But lately, my sims' food keeps spoiling before they can eat it, so suddenly being able to summon food out of nothing is very appealing.
Fruitcake is the perfect thing for bagged lunches for sims to eat while in a rabbit hole work job. Perfect because it never goes off and they'll get a positive "packed with love" moodlet for several hours while avoiding the bad (or good) moodlet from the fruitcake. You can also have your sims manually eat a bagged meal, and if it was fruitcake they'll get both the packed with love moodlet and the fruitcake moodlet, bad or good, as well.
I used to really enjoy making use of the sack lunches from Parenthood, but then I got a bug that made it so that if my Sim got hungry while they were at their rabbit hole job and they had a sack lunch in their inventory, they would return home from work early instead of eating the sack lunch. I haven't really used sack lunches since then, so I don't know whether or not that bug has been fixed.
Fun fact ice cream can have topings and garnishes added to them and sims can have favorites of each depending on their traits for example erratic sims love nuts as both a topping and a garnish lol
Strangely this has never worked for me. My sims don't get any moodlets when they eat ice cream with garnish that goes with their traits. It's really disappointing.
@@GK-ob1ni u could also try raising ur cooking skill upgrading the ice cream machine or making different flavors and take bowl or cone serving if u hvnt tried both u could also try putting them in a sac lunch wich I think only works with bowls or getting stoves & grill master trait
There is also the Tree of emotions. You can harvest them when you are in Selvadorada (Jungle Adventure pack). There are palm trees for different emotions. You can become playful, focused, inspired, confident, flirty or energized. if you plant them you can have fruits to cause any of these emotions on your sim whenever you want or need it.
The fun part about the Pleasantly-Unpleasant waffles is that it's a shout-out to the Pleasant twins -- Angela for the good moodlet, Lilith for the bad. And I have to remember the forbidden candy for my Sims now -- they have REALLY weird sleep schedules, so something that could actually give them energy boosts whenever could be really handy!
I'm surprised you didn't mention Angry Flaming Spaghetti, Gummy Bear Pancakes or High Energy Protein Plates. They all have great effects even though your sim has to be in a certain mood to make them. The amount of times Sims in my household have died after consuming the pancakes or spaghetti dishes...
If you finish the Painter aspiration, your Sim will be able to cook all of those independently of his mood. He'll also be able to craft all the emotional sculptures and write all the emotional books independently of his current mood. That reward trait is more powerful than it look at first.

I remember I've made an Ambrosia with the aspiration completed which makes food don't spoil anymore. I then used the spell copy pasto on it and started a food store. I can tell you it became quite lucrative rather fast.

You can plant the Forbidden Fruit of the Plant Sim. It will grow into a shimmering palm tree that will produce more of those fruits. The fruit cake is a great thing to make when progressing in the Master Chef aspiration, as a few tasks involve cooking meals and cooking gourmet meals. The fruit cake fit both.
No home is complete without the Unassuming Candy Jar! My sims habitually eat one before work / school. Doesn't matter if they didn't sleep fully, ghost candy fixes everything. Top tier item. Good list. I haven't tried the trash fruit waffle.

If you have your Sim cook food that uses fruit as an ingredient with the "use fresh ingredients" checkbox checked and you have bizarre fruit in your inventory, the bizarre fruit will count as an ingredient. Might come in useful if you have Strangerville and Home Chef Hustle and are looking to cause some chaos...
If you start with the plantsim scenario you can get 5 forbidden fruits right away. Just plant them for more fruit. If you make ambrosia, you can convert the dish into a pet or horse version to revive ghost cats, dogs and horses
I would love for you to do another Expansion Traits overview since especially the ones that came in For Rent have a lot of unique interactions and there aren't a lot of information about them yet.
I would totally be down for that! But I will likely wait until a couple of more packs have been released so there's a fair few to cover in one video :D
You’ve missed pokebowl and the fake meat version of it which gives you a noodles for 3-4 hours I think it’s inspired? I find it very helpful for week days when sims have school or work
I don't know what once possessed me to use My Wedding Stories to hold a rehearsal diner at my Sim's house, and then serve the extended family pufferfish. Only problem was the husband ate it before I stopped him, so we're marrying a ghost.
I love Call me Kevin! I don't watch all of his stuff but I do watch a few of his videos from time to time. I will say though I don't use any clips from other people's videos, and if I was going to I'd get permission for it... so whatever clip you're referring to I definitely got it myself :).
@@RosheenQuynh im unsure if its just with MCCC installed or if its basegame, but if you enable cheats and shift+ right click on a sim, it lets you change them into a plant sim

@@slwrabbits Just complete the Master Chef aspiration. The reward is that ANY food prepared by that Sim will always stay fresh for ever.

With the Ice creams your sims will have a favourite garnish and topping combo to go with some traits in the game.

Poke bowl which I think came with Island Living makes sims focused when they eat it.

Isnt the tree you make from the magic seeds, the same tree in newcrest? If so you can just try using that tree instead of waiting.
