I've tested a lot of them, and I prefer _Bic_ to them all. Never had one fail on me and they last longer than most. Cheap too!

Pycat is open source
There is an open source tool called Pycat, but that isn't the tool I wrote, although they seem to have similar functionality. There are a ton of tools called 'pycat' in github as well. Looks like it's a popular naming convention.
