Thank you very very much for Your experience of the GDMBR! I love the way you pointed out your “mistakes” and how you dealt with them! Next year I will retire and start the GDMBR. The more I see videos of the ride the more I like the route. I also know, every time, I WILL, encounter challenges, it will be hard, but that is to be expected. I am looking forward to your next episode! Thanks! From the Netherlands 🇳🇱
One of my favorite sections was Del Norte to the New Mexico border. The climb over Indiana Pass was a kicker. We hit the fall colors perfectly in late September a couple years ago and coming out of Platoro the leaves were so bright yellow! Absolutely beautiful!
Congrats! Another excellent production. Glad you were taking the time to enjoy it. I'm back on the GDMBR in August to finally finish the ride (from Silverthorne, CO where I my ride ended last year) so this episode was really compelling. Looking forward to New Mexico!
I really enjoyed staying at "The Pad" in Silverthorn, if you didn't stay there last time you visited, check it out this time around. Also, what size tires did you have on your BC?
@@MoveWithMurph That's where I stayed! I loved that it was right on the route and the vibe was really great. A great place to end my ride. I was running Surly Dirt Wizard 2.8's on the Bridge Club. I love the stability. Also very impressed that you noticed.
Thanks so much for following along and the encouraging words. I really poured everything into the project and it makes me feel great people are enjoying it.
I’m doing the Colorado section next year. I would try it all but I’m old and new at the same time. I’m am wondering if I start in steamboat is there a way to get back there, or just ride back. Enjoying your journey
Not sure what the range on the bike you would be using is, but I feel like there will not be enough powers sources. Maybe look into doing it on a dirtbike.
Thanks for your patience everyone, we can all watch Episode 4 together tomorrow and I can try to answer any questions you might have.
Colorado. My old stomping ground.
Thank you very very much for

Nice job. And it's good to see Alex in the video.
Been waiting for epi 4! 🙌
Almost that time! Making some good progress on the last episode too.
Rad journey!!
Mamma raccoon was serving out pasta and sauce that night. Great journey. Thanks for sharing
Hahah could have at least invited me!

Yeah that is one of my more memorable days as well! It felt great looking at the elevation profile as well for the rest of the ride.
Loving this trip
Thanks for following along!
Great personal and real insights mate, I'm an Aussie in the Philippines and I'm very proud of you mate. Cheers Jon
It looks amazing and I can’t wait to get there. Starting in Whitefish on June 25th. I’m excited and nervous, but I figure one day at a time.
You're going to love it, are you taking the train to White Fish?
@@MoveWithMurph Flying in from Brisbane to Glacier via San Francisco 🤞 my bike also makes it that far 😂
Thank you for taking us with you! I really like your not "over-emotional " an nevertheless tangible documentary. Great Job! Greetings from Germany.
Lmao, I feel like this whole thing is way more dramatic than I ever wanted. Thanks for the support.

Hopefully you got some water before ute pass into Silverthorne at the cooler road.
Some great philosophical insights in there, along with amazing vistas!
Nice to have a bit of both eh?
So enjoyable to watch Thank you
Thanks!
The Tao of Adventure
Couldn't have said it better myself
Slow is smooth and smooth is fast is a quote from two movies; Zorro and Count de Monte Cristo.
Is it from the old Zorro? That's the only one I have seen.
Thanks for posting great video.
One more to come still!
Thanks for warning me about the cold in Colorado in September! Didn’t know that yet. 👍🏻
Seeing the leaves, and potentially seeing snow in my opinion is worth it, the aspens are stunning.
@@MoveWithMurph I’m not a fan of snow… 😆
The aspens sounds great though.
Anyway, good to know! And thanks for your great videos! 🙏🏻
I was wondering where this series went! Unbelievable work man, great job.

Loving the videos man! What a trip!
Thanks for watching!
Nicely done!
Thanks!

Do you think it would be possible to do the route starting from Eureka on a ebike with throttle? I'm not fit enough but want to enjoy the views.
Not sure what the range on the bike you would be using is, but I feel like there will not be enough powers sources. Maybe look into doing it on a dirtbike.
If i was you...and a racoon took my fresh bottle of chick-fil-a sauce, i would have quit and flown him.
They got some tortillas too.
Next trip I want you to track calories consumed along with miles and elevation
I almost did, but my eating was getting out of control, I will say I ate at least 5000 calories every day.
