You should look into 3D modelling programmes if you enjoy building, harder learning curve but a ton more creative power, and then can be used for animations and mods...

Its funny you say that because 5 years ago I was also playing Sims and really enjoyed building and decorating houses...sooo I decided, I should get a degree in this. Now 5 years later I am Interior designer and design houses for a living ))

I would recommend a software called Blender. It's free, kind of intuitive, and there's so many great tutorial channels on UA-cam and you can start making cool stuff without a ton of experience.
I can't even make a house without taking five hours....this is a gorgeously detailed build, very impressive! x

There may not be a college mod, but there's definitely one for grade school and high school! You get to follow your sims at school just as you would follow them at one of the playable careers in the Get to Work expansion!

i'm not sure if that tear was because of how beautiful you built the castle or because i realized that i could never be able to do that in my whole life.

Pls Put the Hufflepuff near the kitchen with a fruit like portrait , The Slytherin in the Dungeon with Snape's Room , The Ravenclaw in a west tower with an animal statue and Gryffindor in the Gryffindor Tower with a woman portrait

Yes, except the Ravenclaw common room is accessed by a door with a eagle door knock which has a riddle instead of a password in the books, so one of the trick or treat doors they released in that patch near Halloween (with the lion/devil door knocks) would be a cool entrance!

@poppy_robin no, hufflepuff common room is in the basement near the kitchens near some barrels that you need to tap a certain way for the doorway to open

I believe there's a certain circular fountain that came with spa day and you could use the 9 key and some columns for the rings for quititch (idk how to spell it lol) love the build ❤️

If you don't have outdoor retreat, it replaces rocks for chairs

Just made a replica of Hogwarts following your video, it went great but i did a few changes. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVED it

You can put a little box or chest or something on the quidditch ground cuz they have that in the movie with all the balls to the game in it:)

Unfortunately you can't have a pool below a basement in the sims 4, I wish you could though!

James puts pools under basement level all the time so yes you can and even if thats a fountain you can change fountain water
you can only go 2 floors beneath the ground. adding a pool counts as adding another level below, so if you added a pool in a basement 2 levels deep, that would make it 3. so technically you can, but only on the first basement level.
I'd love to see you redo this now with elevations :)

Absolutely amazing! It does look kinda spooky at night. Love the effect that adding all those lights had. Really brought it to life. The Quidditch pitch was also great!

It would be awesome if you could make marauders era characters like: young Lily Evans Potter, young James Potter, young Sirius Black, Young Remus Lupin, McGonagall, Dumbledore, and young snape. You don't have to make all of them just a suggestion :)))
oh and if you search "jily" on tumblr you'll see reoccuring people that fans have adopted to "play" those characters
