I respect Dr. Ogbueli, but he is actually the one speaking extrabiblically about the rapture. I am interested in knowing who the "he that letteth" is because he skirted around the issue a bit. How is it possible to be a christian without the holyspirit if he is taken away and what scriptures do we have to prove that the holyspirit can be taken away? The answer is none. Also, he drew a very false equivalence by saying the saints of old suffered tribulations as a warranty for his post tribulation stance. That is patently false going by Jesus' own words. Jesus said the coming tribulation will be one that the world has never seen and will never see again. So the comparison he is trying to make on the subject matter does not hold water. There are a myriad of scriptures that posit the pre tribulation stance of Jesus and Paul. Let us just honor the master's words. He said the coming days will be like those of Noah and Lot. Ask yourself if Noah faced the judgment or if Lot did. The answer is no. They were taken out of the way before the judgment fell. The word "saint" in the bible does not refer to Christians alone. Infact that words was already used in the OT. The remnants in revelation is not christians. Remnants always referred to Jews. The elect is the same. There are many scriptures saying this. There are going to be post tribulation saints many of which gave their hearts to the lord during the tribulation days. But there is going to be a pre-tribulation rapture. That is unarguable. He said the order was great falling away, man of sin revealed and then he that letteth. No, the very scripture even answers him. Paul says the 2ND COMING and Rapture. Are they the same events? No. Even Dr. Ogbueli knows so. So Paul's answer has to be demarcated into those 2 except the MOG is saying both events are the same which is wrong. Then, Paul says the man of sin is revealed. But that is not the order. Paul says verse 7 must happen before the other 2 he claimed. It is easy for anyone to read. That your friend said come up hither was his evidence does not speak for everyone else. Listen to Rev Chris Oyakhilome and Joseph Prince. He just brought up Israel and Egypt which the bible never said but did not discuss the Noah and Lot that Jesus himself brought up. Historical precedent is not scripture. Lastly, the church is not the bride of Christ. Not one scripture says so (when properly read). The church is christ's body which will also be a part of the lamb's bride. The lamb's bride as per the scripture even includes a physical location as well as the OT saints. These are the ones contained in the scripture. There are so many corrections to make in this but I have no doubt that this is a wonderful man of God.

I am not arguing for the sake of it, in the video he made statements that suggested he had listened to many of the Pre-tribulation teachers and was countering their opinion with scripture but he did not. This should not even be an argument. The bible is replete with pre-tribulation rapture.
How can you say the church is not the bride of Christ even Apt. Paul made it clear in Ephesians 5 and called it a mystery concerning Christ and the church: A man and his wife are one body and not two but the wife is his bride,in this mystery the man is the head as Christ is the head of the church and the church is his body and bride as well,Jesus asked Paul the Apt on his way to Damascus why persecuted thou me and not the church because the church is his body and bride, remember if a man insults your wife he has insulted you. Literature has actually confused many of you out there who looks for Men of God to punch their messages and by so doing go into deception. The Bible is not understood like you understand your lectures. It's very deep and highly spiritual. Again, you can see his area of emphasis. That we are virtually and literally inseparable from christ the way it is impossible to separate the body, flesh and bones of a man. What is Paul's area of emphasis? His BODY again and our oneness with christ. Keep reading. In verse 31, he thinks of an allegory or analogy to explain this oneness, and the best example he can use is a man and a wife. He says even though a man and his wife are 2 distinct individuals, marriage makes them 1 union that they even begin to answer 1 name as if they are one FLESH. Look at Paul's area of emphasis again- FLESH, BODY. He is not laying any so-called emphasis on the wife or being a bride or any of such things. You do not need to believe me. Just keep reading. In verse 32, he proves me right. He says what he is describing is a GREAT MYSTERY and that statement has a colon again. The colon like I posited before is to define what the GREAT MYSTERY is. Paul says the GREAT MYSTERY is the oneness of christ and his church. Not marriage. Not being a bride. Nothing of the sort. How can marriage be a great mystery? No. Paul says the great mystery is that christ and his church are ONE and the same. That is the great mystery. Okay, you need more proofs? Read Luke 5 and see that Jesus said the bridegroom and FRIENDS of the bridegroom as an analogy for Christ and his church. He did not say Bridegroom and Bride. Still in doubt? Ok. Let us read Rev 21:2 and Rev 21:9-10. Have you seen what the lamb's bride is? Let me quote it for all to see; 9 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife. 10 And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, As you can see, the bride is the new Jerusalem. In that city, old testament saints, new testament saints (the church) and the tribulation saints are all part of it. Therefore the CHURCH is not the BRIDE of christ. The church is the BODY of Christ.
