This one was a bit tough to call. As an American, I was proud of DD for his hard work and the fact that he was a gentleman throughout the competition. In a lot of ways, he best represented what the show was all about. He deserved it. But, Katherine was so classy and hard working, and she had a great journey through the show. She's beautiful, talented and very likeable. She struck a great partnership with Mark, and they produced some great performances. I would love to see Katherine again if the show ever has another All-Star season. She continues to be one of my all-time favorite performers on this show.

I really wanted Katherine & Mark to win. Len underscored them several times, especially their Argentine Tango. But I'm happy Donald & Peta won if Katherine & Mark didn't: Donald was really good. William & Cheryl got what they deserved-3rd place.
Katherine and Mark were not robbed. The voters get to vote for their favorite couple for whatever reason. It is disappointing when your favorite couple does not win the mirror ball (trust me, I know) but that does not mean that Donald and Peta did not deserve to win. Donald and Peta played the game very well. He got better and better over time and went in for the kill with the freestyle. Every couple had their strengths but Donald and Peta came out on top. Nobody can take it away from them.
Well the NFLer won. Are we surprised? No, not really. This season and this win are the reason why DWTS should change the system to give the voters less say. Donald wasn't even close to Katherine in terms of quality of dance. In fact, I would say that of all of the NFL players who have participated, Emmitt Smith was hands down the best. What a disappointment.

I love Lacey! She never got a break when it came to her pairings. Chelsie came close this time. Peta gave it her all! Her choreography was beautiful.
