Hey guys, so dont do what i do to tighten or loosen the trucks 😂 i got that part WRONG. You’re supposed to loosen or tighten the nut on top, not the allen key bolt. That’s what holding everything together. Sorry!
Man I just rode my Propel X4S2 today and it's a beast. Thanks for your unboxing video. Did you tighten the nuts on the wheel axle very tight? I found when I did this, I didn't have enough room for the pin to go through the axle hole.
1st ride was this morning fun toy for sure but have to say VERY disappointed in battery box lock. battery fell out twice while riding (YIKES!!!) before I realize latch was too thin and doesn't even touch battery pack so does not lock it in. I have 2 packs and it is the same for both. only real design flaw i see so far...fingers crossed and i hope it stays that was because it is a blast to ride! Price cant be beat but to be fair electronics are pretty low end as compared to bajaboard at twice the price. 2 power buttons really? and no anti spark connections on batteries so that's sad. I also would recommend better antenna locations. just a matter of time till a snap 1 off the side of the body. bad place to put them (again 2 of them) and sticking strait out on both sides not a good design on a a 4x4 off road board IMHO all that said still sooo looking forward to getting to know this thing inside and out. An absolute blast to ride and can't wait to do it again! P.S. old navy engineer and my 5th board so i always sound hyper critical..., you would think i am disappointed but could not be further from the truth! awesome toy and am looking forward to many miles of fun.
Woah ur battery fell off ? Mine doesnt happen yet, the locking system seem secure for me. Push it in and then push it forward until it clicks in. For the electronics i do agree, i would expect at least a customized hobbywing esc with smart turn on. But yeah the power and comfort is insane.
@@EboardMY yeah i sent pics to the factory with a recommended fix. the latch is way too thin so it can slide over or under battery box tab when you hit a bump and next thing you know battery is dragging on the ground. VERY SCARY. I was pleasantly surprised when i mentioned this to the maker they replied immediately with all sorts of questions and details. Clearly they want feedback from customers and are actively listening. It was a quick fix to add a small plastic shim to keep lock in place while riding. I believe they were going to address that issue on the 2021 models so you might have the fix already. I did another 10 miles this morning almost all off road and that was just on the way to get a cup of coffee at the corner store 1\2 mile away LOL this is too much fun! You ever make it state side i trust you know you got charged boards waiting for ya. Nothing like the epic mountain trail you all were riding but the Florida beaches are nice too.:)

I have 5 boards now including this 1 (mine is 1 of the last 2020 cycleagles)and my buddy has a bajaboard among others so am familiar. I am looking forward to doings some side by side compares. this is going to drive innovation and drive prices down as well. truly outstanding new product and i cant wait to see what else they bring to market!
Huh? He can go 54 km with his 2 packs. 1512 wh combined! This board is not built for top speed. It’s for comfort and the ability to go places most boards can’t. To explore.

Yes. Took me a few tries. Need to align them. If u really cant tighten it then u loosen it a bit
@@EboardMY thanks yes, I loosened them and they are somewhat tight but I feel like I have play in my wheels when going over tougher terrain.
