    10-12 Chuwarey (soaked for 2-3 hours)
    2 cups of milk (without malai)
    Cinnamon/Darchini (chota sa tukra)
    Cardamom (Hari Elaichi)
    Brown sugar/gur/normal sugar
    Pista (chopped or powdered)
    Almonds (chopped or powdered)
    Kaju (chopped)
    Haldi (1-2 tsp)
    Desi ghee

    I am kinda taking the same drink but in different way,
    I have grinded almond, pista,kaju, chilgoza, apricot nut, walnut together and taking them with cold/ hot milk in the morning.. Dates, kishmish and injeer I take separately.
    I do feel energetic but at the same time I feel severe pain in my stomach, Can you tell me what is the reason? Am I taking it incorrectly?

      ziada garam ho gea hey sab, the energy you are getting is tremendous and I think the amount of energy spent is less, either you increase you physical activity and exercise to burn that energy or lessen the quantity of this powerful tonic and powerful nuts, alter the days like one day take the milk tonic with all the goodies and the other day take a handful of nuts. But look at the season too. Avoid overdose in summer. Or You can start with twice a weak, then gradually increase the intake if your body feels fit. The key is to spent the energy you gain from ingredients.

    Useful video. But pls use proper urdu words , do not be ashamed of speaking our own national language properly. All words are there in urdu language. Our language is dying because we are replacing most words with English words unnecessarily.

    Black=kala
    Bowl= piyala
    Cover= dhaank
    Soft= narm/mulaim
    Seeds= beej
    Flavour=zaiqa
    Dry fruit=khushk mewa
    Peeled off= chila huwa
    Chop= kaat ke
    Next = agla
    Tablespoon÷bara chamcha
    Teaspoon=chota chamcha
    Boil= ubaal
    Medicine=dawai
    Active=chust
    Daily=rozaana

      10 dry dates soak in warm water for 2 hrs then remove seeds Now put in warm water & blend it roughly
      Take 2 cup milk put on heat , add cinnamon , 2,3 cardamom , & sugar what you like
      Mix it
      Add few dry fruits almond , pistachio, cashew what you have available & add dry dates paste , add turmeric, desi ghee purified butter boil it for few minutes.

    Would never hav that super high in carb. Plus u can half turmeric in half glass of milk if it has to be milk. Or just in water. Nuts are good on there on dairy is not good for joints. I might not get better will definitely put on weight with this drink.

    I am 42 years old.Im on blood pressure medicine and having premature menopause symptoms like hot flushes.on the other hand I get tired easily.so is it ok to take this milk...coz I usually feel hot whether its winter or summer.

      Hi , I had the same problems what I thought was early menopause symptoms but I went to the doctor and it turned out that my under active thyroid condition medications was not working properly so they increased it and I was feeling better with in the week so please get your thyroid level checked, I know what you talking about because I really suffered with these symptoms and it makes your life really hard, I wish you get better soon .
