How to pick up your library holds

On 28 May, we’re introducing a new technology that will help reduce some of the physical and manual tasks involved with moving and managing thousands of items around our network of libraries every day.
This technology also lets us move to a paperless and anonymised holds pick-up system that will enhance your privacy.
We understand that adapting to this new system may take some time to get used to, and we want to assure you that we’re here to support you. We ask that you be kind and patient with yourself and our staff while we all adapt to this new system.
