This is very useful for new players. Hopefully more people will join this game. I still play it every weekend since 2010, mostly on LAN. It never gets old.
i'm new to this game but I see 4.1k in people playing it at peak times. That is a nice number for a 15+ year old game I say. I mean I seen games with VERY small fraction than that after only a year of being out. *Cough Cought* #Warcrtaft 3 refailed

Who see a cow at 3:27-3:28?
shifting a unit to multiple task can also help allot here to pay less attention to them in a longer span. especially useful for shorter tasks that will end soon so that they can get back to their 'normal' job after such as collecting crates or building something then them going back to their normal job such as chopping trees which takes much longer.

It would be great if you did a video about building an optimal deck for your home city. I've never had the opportunity to discuss this kind of thing with other people. I know it really depends on what kinf of map you choose to play, but still.

Great video, but there is another way.
When you give a command to a settler press and hold shift while giving more commands will have that settler build up a list of tasks.
like that you can give every settler a tasklist wich makes them only idle for 0.2 sec once they complete one of these tasks on the list before moving to the next.
I would love to see a video explaining or showing this to make sure people know a good way of not having idle settlers that cant reach trees or crates.

There is a mass of hotkeys to use and i know, u can find them under options, however there are two keys i cant find, but whom I saw in gaming (like Twitch)
First:
Select only militäry units with ur curser box (not all like ALT-y)
Second:
How to turn buildings into direfferent directions before building, so they dont stand the regular way.
shift+click for all idle villager is a life saver
What about selecting all idles and give them and attack move (if possible)? They should somehow start collecting the nearest resource? It would be really useful.

what i do is dragging a box aroun them and shift clicking to queue the works for example choose 6 settlers to work on mines than shift click to other mines

Thx for the video IJ. But how do you garrison vills into the TC, set the waypoint, and ungarrison so fast for more optimal navigation?
I'll add it to the list of videos, but it's essentially what you're asking me is the ungarrison hotkey which for the TC is 'N'

which is better: when for example 10 settlers work on 1 bison, or when i splitt them to 2 bisons
Be sure berry bush collectors aren't idle due to pathing issues.

hey you play aoe3 at fast or normal speed?? help me i am a newbee... whats the best speed to play on? you make tutorials on fast speed??
wondering if grenadiers are ever advantageous, i like them mainly cuz they're fun, but abus guns seem to just be better in every way?
Grens can be good against infantry (they have negative multiplyers against everything except infantry), they're particularly good at against russian infantry because there's usually a lot of them meaning the area damage can come into effect better and Russian infantry have fewer HP meaning they die faster. Generally speaking though, abus gun ARE better in every single way. I've seen Umeu make grens before in a Russian mirror. And I've seen Aizamk make grens when we were doing a 2v2 and I asked him what units he was going to make, so he says "grens" rofl and actually does

hi, how u produce villager without clicking the town center ? which option do I have to change the hotkeys?
+Age Crazzy add your town center to a hotkey(ctrl + 1-9) I like to do 1, then use 1 and v to queue up settlers

i know the music in this isnt exactly great but like when your livestreaming where do u get ur music from?
Most of the music I listen to I built up over time :). My friends play stuff and I play stuff and listen to a lot of streams and when I hear a song I like, I download it. If you like the style of music I play on my livestream then I'd recommend checking out the monster cat label on UA-cam, UKF Dubstep on UA-cam and Proximity on UA-cam :).

Yea, go to the options(not sure wich tab, probably Game UI) select Camera zoom and set it to Very Far.

How do u have extra banners
Those banners are my ctrl groups. For example, if you select a group of units and press 'Ctrl + 1' then a banner will appear at the top and when you click on the new banner it will select all of your units that you put in ctrl + 1
so those troops will stay there until death?
In the group, yes. Unless you put them in another group

i dont think a basics tutorial is really useful for a game which is 10 years old. i mean every player knows that, they had enough time to learn all of these by themselves, i hope xD
