Welcome in ladies & gentlemen! Today we're diving into another classic game, against Rob Lucci! I would consider this deck, you other hardest matchup in todays meta game. Besides Zoro, Yamato, decks that go brrrrr. Black vs Black, comes down to Moria, or how many sabo's do you see. In this matchup, it's no different. We're both very skilled played at our leaders, Lucci player, I'd consider one of the best Lucci players in my VA area. Lucci vs King, is def winnable. This isn't an unfavorable matchup by any means. You can win. You will win more, vs this deck than Zoro / Yama / Kagara. Lucci, still needs to see sabo. Just as much as I need to starve him, and see sabo myself. I'm considering increasing my Kadio 9c for this matchup. The pop + hand rupt, might be good. In any case, I hope you enjoy this. Let's go make some mistakes! What was your thought on putting the Lucci into life rather than Moria at 22:08? I was thinking it would be more taxing on his DON!! If he had a smaller attacker.
@@CTrain822 I thought about it, but he had already 2 morias in trash at that point. I think giving him another Moria just to Rebecca sabo me… lol I couldn’t.
@@PawsePlays oh for sure, I guess I was thinking about him not being able to play it in the situation where you're going for game. Lucci is also easier to swing over-though like you pointed out, if you'd played the Kaido earlier and not went so heavy into life at that time you mightve won resource game because of Leader skill. Always interesting to think about these types of things.
1. This style of content is great keep it up. 2. You definitely swung life too early when he had 4 in hand hes not starved until he only has 2 in hand. And ditching ice age was brutal to watch and sucked it actually matter. I always keep in 1 hand especially cause no kuzan on board 😭 3. As a fellow king connoisseur one of the best things i did was remove kuzan. I started playing 4c shirahoshi to pair with my jacks. uta is my newest test subject right now which may change to sasaki. Im also looking forwward to testing 3c garp blocker coming up idk if you had that thought as well. All 3 of those mentioned pair with rebecca ;)
I havent given 4c Shira much thought tbh, sounds like a solid idea. Uta on the other hand, it wont survive in a lucci match, but its very strong into alot of the other meta decks atm. Doffy for starters, Kagara, etc. I will look into shira tho :D
One card away from a deckout! But yeah, not only does Lucci has the kill power, he also has such a consistent wall up with all the Rebecca and Sabos from Rebecca and Moria plays...
@@ericsilvestrin1662 sanji is nice, the 4 killers are just flex spot. Sanji Queen (blocker) Shirahoshi 4c blocker Pudding Apoo I change my deck slightly just about everytime I go out and play. King is very flexible, but I’ll have a in depth build coming very soon :)
Does this tcg have trash hate/removal? I come from mtg and it has effects to remove cards from the graveyard. Whether that be targeted or mass removal. Having the trash filled like that and safe from effects seems super unfair and broken lol
at minute 07:30 you did a huge missplay, could'ev played the two killers, withc ice age moria was at 3, king effect -2 at the rebecca, kamazo effect kill the rebecca, killer effect kill the moria, big mom into the sabo, and king into the brook

@PawsePlays uta would only be a 2 of. Def try put the shirahosi best value when Jack is already on field obviously. But also pairs well with kamazo.

Thoughts on replacing the 5c Killers with 6c Sanji? Extra 2k plus easy to bring out after leader effect

First off, killer only kills rested chars. So no, I couldnt of done that. Thanks tho.
