Hi & thanks for watching! This is how it all started for me, I got this gorgeous big eyed doll about 3 years ago and have been collecting blythes ever since! If you collect blythes or other dolls let me know what got you started!
Thank you for doing this comparison. I have been wondering if the Basak was worth getting. I think I may hold out for at least a factory Blythe and or save for a stock doll. I still sew clothes for them but I think it would be lovely to get one beautiful in a box with clothing and accessories...😌😃
Hi. Yes the blythe dolls are better quality. The stock dolls can be very expensive but I think as doll collectors we buy into the 'character' of the doll and it's nice to have the clothing to suit. There are some great blythe dolls out there, you will be spoilt for choice!! Do let me know when you have one, I'd love to hear what you went for in the end 😍xxx
Actually I think this is a Color Changing Eyes (CCE) doll instead of a Basaak, cause I’ve heard that color changing eyes dolls are worse quality than a Basaak and often color changing eyes dolls scalps are not glued together and fall off quite easily, Basaak are a bit better quality, their both really cute in my opinion, even if the quality is not the best I still love them ❤️
Hi! no I think that the icy and the basaak are different dolls entirely The face of a basaak is very similar to a blythe and the icy I think looks very different. I didn't get my icy in the original box though and I don't know much about them. I'm still not a major fan of the icy look, but I can appreciate that some customisers do a wonderful job with them as there are some lovely looking custom icy dolls. I hope you are well xxx
Matthew Martinez hi & thanks for watching. Blythe dolls can be expensive. This one is not a real blythe so it was a lot cheaper, it was a good way to introduce me to this style of doll. eBay is a good place to look for bargains!
I love how you used bratz world cloe dresser furniture set doll's pajamas.
wow you know your dolls accessories! I love bratz clothes and it's great when they fit my dolls! Thanks for watching xx
