I think in the original novel, the princess was killed and substituted by a killer from Tianji Manor, while the Regent Prince pretended to be a menke at the princess's manor, and after the marriage, the killer realised the menke (Rong Zhi's) real identity. However, the drama seems to have chopped it up and the transition was either missing or very much lacking.
This is a waste of time. The movie isn't in order and now it's not even the same movie. I'm done. My time would be better spent watching something that actually makes sense.
I have never watched a series where it ended on a happy note… and then suddenly warped into a new series lol 😂 it’s kinda crazy because the first few parts were really good but this new storyline - like is it reverse roles? Comedy? I don’t know but I think I’m addicted lol
