The prespend varies for everyone. I mainly only purchase in the leather and shoe dept, never bought jewelry or watches because they don’t retain their value, and still received an offer for a Kelly 28 and Birkin 35.

I know Constance is not really considered a Quota bag in the level of B & K but just the same, hard to get. Do you think it requires a good amt of pre spend as well? Just wnted to snag a constance 24. I live in the US & i hve an Hermes store that I go to ( in NYC) & an SA who has offered me a Kelly 32 in the past aside from some non quota bags. Can you ask for an appointment and inquire to buy a birkin or Kelly? Do you have to buy other departments first? What if you have the money to buy the birkin straight away?
If you are very very lucky you could be offered to buy it straight away. It’s not about customers having money or not. It’s about not being able to buy one

Yes, unfortunately Constance requires some prespend in US. If it’s exotic, they will definitely count her as a Quota Bag.

Not necessarily. I got offered multiple exotic Birkin and Kellys with minimum pre spend but I don’t like exotics. Depends on your SA.
