It’s definitely very different than regular sized towns or cities as it’s so very invasive like everyone knows everything about you and untrue rumors tend to be the entertainment of the area. Vanlife is such a sweet remedy!

After a while of talking to someone, I dont shake persay, but I start getting panic attacks and forget to breathe. It's almost like I'm spinning alot, while holding my breath. That's my anxiety, it sucks
Ive found that you need a balance. I don't bottle up my emotions, but I don't let them control me. I have found that extreme stoicism is the answer to most my mental problems.
On a fun but maybe not so fun note: We should all try to guess the answer to Trent on what his greatest fear is. I think Stephi was spot on when she said it was love related but I believe it's to not only find that right person to share his life with but also to start a family. I could be way off but I think so.
The shaking while sharing thing I do as well. I've been quite emotionally closed off all my life. Past few years started therapy and trying to be more open and every time when it gets to a point I start shaking. Its nerves I think.

When I have a really real conversation and share more than I usually do I start to shake too , I think it's really special :) edit: it's sad that people assume you can't have a friend based on their gender or your relationship, me and my bfs friends are all really close and honest but I have been in a relationship where I 'wasn't allowed' to spend time with my best friend because he's male. Jealousy and assumption is not healthy, if you don't trust what's even the point !

Spending ones life wondering why, and now that I know, being embarrassed about past experiences. Acceptance and learning to let go is the only path forward. We all are battling things we don’t yet understand. Be kind.

When she needed to talk she couldn't but when she shouldn't, she'd blurt out Things ❣️... It was hard, id often have to let teachers know cause they dont read files like they use too shes 23 now, gettin' married next year, n has a lil farm on her land thats great therapy too ❣️.. although depression is goin on now, due to the passing of her biological parents this year jus 5 months apart 😭❣️... To be expected, they were both in 40's , but selective mutism is very different in many ways n jus want to let others know they're not Alone ❤️💜❤️❣️ I have anxiety, Depression, agoraphobia, n PTSD , so public is very hard to do🤦♀️💭 im home in 🏡 alot 😭❣️... My husband is too tho so we help each other most of the time ✅❣️
