Comparing ourselves to others is a dangerous game and it's one I play too often. It gets even harder when comparing yourself to your friends. I have to keep reminding my self to be excited and proud of their accomplishments as well as mine, even if they're different. There are no right or wrong paths in life, which is exciting, but also scary!

I value your presence on social media so much! It’s a want/need for connection & that’s admirable that you’re willing to work on that as your job!! We live under capitalism no matter what job you work so may as well do something you like 🤷🏼♀️ I work in retail so I’m trying to sell people things 5 days a week which to an extent is the same as vloggers being sponsored so I don’t know why people are so pressed/make judgement about ‘influencers’ lol a jobs a job yo!!

You are so lucky your mum lives in the same city as you! I moved to the Island in July 2020, and love it. Honestly won't live anywhere else, but my family is all back in Ontario... I would love to "walk over to my mums"
