ya he was a professional skater who was actually one of the best in the country (was ranked 7th in all of south korea back when he competed when he was only 17) and was predicted to join the national team but then he quit to become an idol. because of his talent he was already popular and used to even have fanpages and many articles about him way before enhypen, he has an insane amount of footage of his childhood on youtube, he even had an entire episode on tv about a day in his life when he was like 12 and you could see how much training he did which would explain the physique you kept mentioning in the vid lol
