Emiliano Guerrero skids and mudflap died in transformers 3 remember that explosion behind setinel prime killed the twins by slicing skids in half and mudflap was shoot by sentinel and mudflap turned into dust
Transformers don't truly die if their spark is intact. Lockdown extracted his spark but didn't destroy it as far as we know, so there is a chance he is still "alive."
