Not true at all. The curry 7 is a great performer based on reviews, especially the traction, I have the Harden 4’s and they are great preformer and the traction doesn’t squeak all the time. There are plenty more but yeah

Never had previous and serious ankle injuries either. I don't want to jump to conclusions as it could have been caused by various factors. However do you think the plastic wing could contribute to ankle rolls? I'm thinking maybe the plastic wing is too restrictive? When you move laterally maybe it's good the material has some flexibility as your foot naturally wants to move. The plastic wing has no give or flex so maybe when you move hard laterally your foot digs into the plastic wing causing it to roll? I feel very tentative jumping in these again and would hate for others to get hurt because if this.

They are harder shoes, In general, that’s because they are made for jumping only in serves…grip, durability and stability is the best.
