    Im gonna say something that lot of people doesnt know.... Ive lost my parents in 2021 and since then im all alone in the world.... And have struggling to make food ..but ever since i start watching your videos im able to make food for myself.... I really wanna thank you because you are the reason im able to eat house food again.... I miss my mums cooking but again you're none the less .... Your tips and methods of cooking are so simple and any body can cook easily.... I tried this mawa today and it was great.... Thank you so much Nisha Mam.... You are truly a god sent....     Thanks for mawa recipe. Just a tip for the milk not to get stuck in Kadai is to rinse the kadai with water nicely & then put the milk in kadai & then put on fire. Milk won't stick to the bottom. This tip was given by old Mashima & it really worked.

      Yes. South indian sweets don't have mawa. I am south indian and I grew up in the US. I love barfi, laddu, etc.. made with mawa. I love the creamy texture of mawa. I have never made mawa. So, this recipe for mawa is perfect

      @@shaliniworld01 think it was slow flame. It takes a long time for milk to reduce but it starts happening after a good hour or so.

    Nice recipe, you make it just the same way as my mum taught me. The only difference is that we add sugar when the milk starts to get thicker, and this we call khir,
    which is used in many bengali desserts and shondesh.
    But this is good recipe for making plain koya for other desserts. Thanks Nisha Ji🙏❤️

    Namashkar Nisha madhulikaji. Very very helpful. I love the creamy texture of any kind of barfi where mawa is added. I am south indian and I love barfis that have mawa. I have never made mawa but would like to learn how to make mawa at home and your recipe for making mawa is very easy to follow

      Try to use raw milk rather than pasteurized and homogenised milk this will give you better results I am a dairy owner that's why telling you

    I am an Indian living in Singapore and I like to cook for my wife and children on weekends ... here there is one brand of milk called “Meiji” which is imported from Japan ... I was worried that I may not get the quality of “desi-doodh.” ... anyway , followed Auntyji’s recipe and used 2 litres of milk. I got exactly 393 gms after 1.5 hrs of hard work ( which is same as 200 gm from 1 litre as mentioned by Auntyji)...Thank you very much .

    Paneer is split milk, the curd and whey is separated by adding lemon or vinegar, the liquid is squeezed out it is then set into a block and can be cut into squares. It is mostly used like a cheese (but it doesnt melt or taste like exactly like cheese) in savory dishes. Khoya or mava is a thick condensed or evaporated milk often used for sweet dishes to make them a bit milky but without a watery texture of liquid milk.

      Yesterday, I bought pastorized whole milk and boiled it but it remained liquid and there was not enough "makhan".
      Probably, I am not using the correct milk.
      Had to put some semolina and made some rasgoula.
      It was good.

Apne ye video 2011 me post ki aaj lockdown me kam arahi he khoya mila nahi mere husbnd ko mitha khane ka bahut pasand he samj nahi araha tha kaha se lae muje gulab jabun banana tha wo bhi apki hi receipy dekhi mene gulab jabun ki wah ab mazaa aajaega thank u
