Season 2 - Slade would not attack Star City - it's on Oliver
Season 3 - League of Assassins would not attack - it's on Oliver
Season 4 - Damien Darkh would nuke the entire world - it's not on Oliver
Season 5 - Star city wasn't really under attack, Serial killer killed a few people, but still - It's on Oliver
Season 6 - Diaz would find another way to manipulate the hacker dude to attack the city. (idk how season ended because I didn't watch it) - can't say for sure.
Season 7 - Ninth Circle will get control of the Archer because of Felicity - It's not on Oliver
Overall - If you compare damage to the city and creating a serial killer with saving the entire world from extinction, I believe that it's good that Oliver was there.
I miss these crossovers.
