As a sniper main. In my opinion, sniper/sniper team is genuinely the best infantry unit in game. It deals high damage to enemy infantry and has a high chance of pinning enemies from a far distance, you can literally stun lock an enemy for turns until death by just using sniper. Besides, in rigged mode, enemies don’t gain any vertancy which is a perfect advantage for snipers because it will pin the enemies most of the time. Its also does amazing job on scouting and surrendering enemy vehicles without killing it
im glad i've come across this channel for giving a really in-depth look at how everything is. Normally you dont really see the stratedgy side of roblox get attention from any other platform and you're left with raw experience alone to understand things, but this is a very appreciated exception. Hope your channel explodes, you'd definitely deserve it, and your system of shoutouts is a smart way to encourage commenting and get videos floating around the site more. Cheers.
8:28 Actually, Units on road take more damage because they are ‘out in the open’ (which I don’t get when they’re just in an empty tile and don’t count as in the open)
If u make this a series u should definitely talk about the anti tank units, especially the earlier versions. I never see them used for how good they are (especially anti tank gun and AT halftrack)
My take is that missile halftrack, along with the other vehicles, are always stronger on defence, and the atg and recoil rifle are nearly always better on defense. If you know you will only be fighting tanks lower than medium tank, maybe heavy, you can bring the anti tank bullets very safely. Anything stronger, however, and the missiles will normally do better, apart from having an extremely weak spot in its range.
Awesome vid maybe this could become a series 🤔 if it ever does perhaps a how to use other aspects of the game too like terrain types and perks (ambush and scouting)
[ 6:32 ] I'm pretty sure in VaniTS the sniper has a trait which states it has a higher chance of pinning down an enemy, although it is a test server I'm sure the stat is just hidden in the main game.

roads tend to be elevated higher then the terrain its next too if it's bordering a field or nature irl
I always use sniper team, it has great mobility,insane damage, AND HUGE VISION AND RANGE! It even has a radio, I always combo that with Rocket Truck.

ATG is bad, it's simply niche. MHT is way better. It's only 90 tix for essentially a BT-power missile

Sniper does good dmg in units in bunkers. I suggest using sniper if your not using artillery and sniper team if you do plan on using artillery.
Like flame launcher, snipers ignore terrain and veterancy resistances
Sniper for sure have a hidden increase to pinning down infantry and a heavier morale decrease when sniped
Its because it does a massive damage that gets cut depending on unit count. Pinned down doubles morale loss.

Each star gives 10% bonus damage and health. You get 1 star for 1 kill with infantry and 2 kills with everything else
And it can stack up to 3 times

bunkers gives alot of protection to the unit within it but sniper has a ability to ignore most terrain defense
