hi I’m transferring to UNM in the fall. did you have to do monthly or semester payment? also did they pull straight from your loan balance or did you have to pay out of pocket? such a beautiful apartment ❤️
madelyn wanzung yes, you will get assigned a roommate, unless you requested certain people (like i did!) when you fill out the housing lease/form, you can request certain people as roommates, and it lets you list preferences so they can room you with someone kind of similar! hope this helped :)

i’m a senior and thinking about going to unm! do you guys get assigned roommates freshman year?

I just applied for my lease at casas del rio after you sign it you answer questions and in july we will get assigned room mates

hello! it depends on which floor plan you choose, but we paid about $500 a month.
