Doesn’t come close to their previous album with Jordan though. How they could change their sound that drastically is crazy though, it definitely doesn’t sound like the same band
Hearing this song again after 11 years brings back such delicate feelings, and such a strong sentiment of being seen. I realise now how I felt so invisible at that time. This album gave me a space to exist, let all those emotions drown. I'm glad that I made it through most of the darkness and sadness of my teenage years, looking back as the man I eventually had to become. 🤍
