Casey, nice waves at the Boom! I took a trip down there about 7 years ago with my surfing friend Zak his brother and his brother's friend. As you know up that way it's only good in the morning. then the wind switches. Sometimes you can get an evening session in at the Boom. But the best time to get another session in at the Boom after the morning offshore session is when a thunderstorm comes through during the day and dumps a lot of rain! After it passes it was always epic with offshores to surf again! It happened that way on our 10 days there! Those afternoon/evening sessions after a thunderstorm would go through had some of the dreamiest perfect conditions!

Quick update. Large tall was the way to go for sure.
On a slightly funnier note: YO HOW DO YOU GET IN AND OUT OF WETSUITS LOL. That was up there with some calculus 2 level mathematics. Wetsuits are dope though, seems like it would be good for yoga or something

@@CaseyWillax Love seeing guys like you living like you do an documenting it. I lived the same lifestyle through the 90s and early 2000s just substitute climbing and Mountaineering for surfing. Just didn’t have an outlet like you guys do today. Take advantage and always be appreciative. Great Vlog!

Whats up? Been here twice and skunked twice. Met loads of pissed off surfers who have been fooled by surf camps to come there. Fortunately ive always stayed with a friend who lives there. But that wave is a hoax. Plenty of wayyy better waves all over nica. Its just a close out beach break
