If you want to be slimmer and healthy, do sport such as tennis, boxing, swimming, dancing, hulla hooping and most importantly, dream and determination to get your goals. i was just like other super impressed with the choreo using measurement tape, and i also love the choreo before chorus part, that was really smooth and awesome. Me after weight almost 100 kilogram, i realize its hard being fat, u get tired easily and snores a lot and almost have high blood pressure, well im not doing hardcore exercise but im down to 80 kilo and nowhere near being ripped but at least im healthy. Well i guess this is what she's promoting, u don't need to have a ripped body but just nice and fit body is awesome too.

I'm sure almost everybody wishes they had a body like an athlete or movie star. This is a materialistic world, and having a fit body is what most desire. Hyomin is just singing about that. Alright first to everyone reading this, I recommend reading the lyrics if you haven't already because I think that might give people some insight. First, I personally would like to say that we all need to remember that K-Pop stars are under a company and most of the time, the company writes the song for the star, so I say that Hyomin shouldn't be the one everyone is bashing if they are bashing in the first place. Second, if you really think about it and read the lyrics, there is nothing saying very directly, "Hey, you all are really fat, and look at me, I am fricking skinny, lose some effing weight". The song is about her personal story of how she lost weight and is feeling better about herself, which is NOT a thing to be bashing her about. To continue on that, the lyrics at one point say exactly this: "I am confident now." See how it says "I", and no, their is no "you should be jealous" after it. I really think that some may see this as a rude song due to the fact they may be slightly jealous, which is totally okay! Even I am slightly jealous, but their is no reason to insult her because of one's jealousy. I do think it is a little strange about how it seems to portrayed that guys will only like you if you are skinny and healthy looking, because I don't find that to be the case in my life, but that is just a little part to the whole song. I hope everyone excepts my thoughts and does not take offense.

The 34-24-36 ideal measurements are pretty normal here in America (from what I know) but in Korea I'm sure its a bit smaller. I think I was expecting more vocally, because I know her voice is pretty good, but I think her solo is more about the lyrics and being sexy and confident. Looking at the beginning I really like how the scale had no numbers and stopped on "perfect body" you can weight twice as much as another person, but still be the same size or even smaller. Still a no brainer... one of those dancers looks like a man, broad shoulders, no waist at all, skinny legs, V-shaped and bigger than the rest and nobody said something ._. wtf. Oh yeah but Hyomin had to starve herself down to 43kgs because with the main focus on her and just 4 other female dancers for sure the 4 other girls are invisible.
