Hey Everyone!!
For as long as I could remember I wanted to have my honeymoon in St. Barths and travel there. Unfortunately the timing was not working out because a huge hurricane ruined the most gorgeous island. Phil and I had a really rough year so we decided that we deserved to finally cross this off our travel bucketlist! It beyond exceeded our expectations. We even think it surpassed the Maldives (where we ended up on our honeymoon). I hope you enjoyed this video as much as I enjoyed living it! Please do not hesitate to ask questions!

This looks amazing! How far in advance did you book the villa? Did you book directly with Eden Roc? And were you treated like an Eden Roc hotel guest with access to their amenities?
@@gabrielladanna4814 I did book directly with Eden roc! And we’re definitely treated as Eden roc guests! I don’t typically book things in advance but I can check and get back to you as to when exactly I booked! We did go on “off season” which was August. But it was literally perfect. Everything was open! But just cheaper haha
I booked in June and went in August!

Hey Stefanie hey.. I’m actually considering going to Saint Barts in the next four months. Can you tell me a little bit more about your luxe shopping trip? I think you mentioned it in a previous video so.
Absolutely! After you shop there you won’t want to shop anywhere else (if you’re from the US) there’s no tax and everything is priced about 20% less plus it’s in euros ! Anything specific you’d like for me to touch on? They have a great strip of luxury shopping store such as: Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Prada (they were my fav), Dior, Ralph Lauren, longchamp. There’s no Gucci or Chanel though.

How did you make your travel arrangements? Expedia? Etc?
I don’t like to use third party sites. I like to book directly with the airline on their website that way I can have my flight protected with my travel insurance from my credit card and if there are any issues I can contact the airline directly PLUS use my points! I’ll be honest though, booking this flight combo took a lot of strategy lol

@@juszfine yes! I traveled from nyc to Sint Maarten. And stayed the night at an all inclusive resort minutes from the airport. The next morning I took the sea plane from Sint Maarten to st. Barths. Highly recommend this so that you do not have a full day of travel and can spend more time in st. Barthes!
So you did Saint Barths on a budget. And... If it has propellers, it's not a jet, and if you had to buy tickets to fly on it, it's not "private"
