The track itself is Hot Wheels Augmoto and Sizzler fat track. I built a wood frame underneath to support everything. Then a layer of quilt batting was put down, painted and scenery materials added on top.
Hi, are these tracks custom made by you or can these be ordered somewhere? Some pointers on this will be helpful, trying to make something similar for my 6 year old son - he is a huge fan of your videos
The track pieces I used for this particular track were Hot Wheels Augmoto and Sizzler fat track. A cheaper option is Crash Racer track, but it is just two lanes wide instead of three. There are also some really neat options on sites like Etsy.
Unfortunately, there will not be a build video. However, you can look on the forums at redlinederby.com for some great detailed information on how to build these types of tracks.
The track I used was Hot Wheels Augmoto and Sizzler fat track. You can generally find them on Ebay, but they can be a bit expensive and hard to come by. A more efficient option would be Crash Racers track. It is only two lane wide instead of three lane wide, but it is much easier to come by.
