Fruit Tart recipe - a perfect combo

I made this fruit tart for my mom’s birthday, one of her favorite desserts! And who can complain? Pastry cream with fruit and a shortbread-like crust. Such a great combo. They especially look so aesthetic and pretty.
I used this recipe for the tart dough:

I also used Tartine’s pastry cream recipe
Ingredients:
Tart Dough
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup almond flour
6 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 large egg yolks
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
Pastry Cream
4 cups whole milk
1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons corn starch
1 cup sugar
4 large eggs
8 tablespoons unsalted butter
Glaze
Fig preserve
