FestPAC: Māori art pieces banned from entering international border

With the Festival of Pacific Arts still underway in Honolulu, Hawaii, unfortunately some art pieces made here in Aotearoa couldn't get through the border. That's why Bonita Bigham, a fullbright scholar and fine arts doctorate is on a mission to delve in to laws surrounding the use of marine mammal resources, like whale bone for artistic purposes.
