Hey guys, if you're like me and you're having anxiety about the election (or anxiety in general) here's a couple strategies 1. Netflix! If you need a recommendation: The circle is a great show to watch in my opinion, if you're not interested than rewatch a show that you remember being at ease while watching 2. DELETE TWITTER!!!! Twitter is just making the anxiety worse bc its reminding you that there is a huge election. 3. Yoga or meditating. Very calming activities 4. Build on the sims 4. Spending hours on a build can get your mind off the election (or whatever is making you anxious). 5. Heres a strategy called square breathing. Imagine a square in your head. Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, breathe out for 4 seconds and hold for 4 seconds. You can also draw the square during each step. Guys please take care of yourself, you do matter, and you are loved :)) Please like (and please pin, if you don't want to that's fine) so everyone can see ❤❤
