I think you’d love MICE by Aitch! The beat is pure, old school hip hop - it took me back to clubbing in the mid 90’s! His ‘come up’ track Straight Rhymz is also fire🔥! He wrote it when he was 16/17 and is only 18 in the video - probs a year or two before this Daily Duppy. The rhyme schemes are super dope! His accent can be a bit tricky, but he mostly raps about not being in to drugs or weapons, but loves the ladies! The part about ‘swinging’ when he switched up the cadence, he said ‘I’m not into weapons, but swing it like orangutangs’ - so he’s not into guns or knives but will fight with his fists if he has to.
