We organized an experience-sharing program attended by eight school directors, vice directors, cluster supervisors, and the sub-city education curriculum office head.
The event started with a welcome speech by Mr. Henok and the Cluster Head, followed by a school tour where office representatives provided brief yet impactful explanations. Ruth delivered a concise presentation on school system management, while Mr. Henok covered four key areas: Academic Excellence, Extracurricular Excellence, Character Building, and Administrative Excellence.
Participants were highly impressed and expressed their admiration for our work.
