    hey coach, why isn't working 3 min and resting 1 min training your vo2 max? Is there something special about 1-to-1 work / rest ratio that promotes vo2 max training? I'm thinking of tabata's 8 rounds of 20 on 10 off which I would think def. helps increase your vo2
