Wow! What a real treat to invite us with your family to see how very BEAUTIFUL EUROPE truly is! I felt like I was actually there with you all the time. It was so real! And well done! Thxs very much for this gift and sneak preview! ❤.
wow, wow, wow. What an amazing trip you guys did. Hubby and I are doing the Trafalgar 10 day trip through the UK. England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales in late June of 2025 followed by a European river cruise down the Rhine. Thank you so much for your video. Merry Christmas and Happy travelling in 2024.
Thanks, Moni! If you want a teaser, we also did a video on our Amazing Britain tour back in 2017. It was also with Trafalgar and covers the same as what you just mentioned. ua-cam.com/video/OiYCHHTR0F4/v-deo.html Enjoy your travels too in 2024!
Great video. What tour Guide did you use for London? Any recommendation on clothing for the weather? We are doing the same trip this year: What would you say are “the must do” tours and any recommendation on gratuity?
Hi, I really enjoyed your video. We are thinking about taking the same tour. What time of the year did you go? Did it seem like too much time traveling on the bus? Where there any optional experiences that you would or would not recommend? Thank Ed and Diane
Glad you enjoyed the video, Ed and Diane! We picked the end of November tour and while it was cold, the weather couldn’t have been any better. Snow in Innsbruck, beautiful sunny day in Venice, snow in Lucerne, then sunny day in Paris. So a bit lucky! As for time in the bus, yes there’s quite a bit of travel, especially the leg from Lucerne to Paris, took pretty much the whole day and we went straight to the cabaret dinner show that day. Also we didn’t have enough time in Amsterdam at all. It was just one evening so will look to go back separately. As for optionals, we did most of them apart from the dinners and lunches. We usually just pick one dinner optional and do activity/sight-seeing based excursions. I’d reserve an extra $1K euro per person for the optionals. On top of that, Eiffel tower and disneyland were extras we did ourselves in Paris as they were not included in tour at all. The tour title definitely lived up to its name! So glad we did 2 extra days in London (start) and especially the 2 extra days in Paris too (end) as you won’t have a lot of time in Paris as part of the tour. Hope this is useful!
@@boymom509 Yes, on the last day after the tour so we had to organise it ourselves, including the transport. We have folks who haven't been to a Disneyland before, so it was worth it. If you've been to a few, then it will just be the usual. However, if you're into Outlet shopping, there is one so close to Disneyland, so that'll be a bonus!
Thank you! No, the travel director will ask the group to rotate seats on a daily basis. Essentially you move 2 seats up if you’re seated on the left side, or move 2 seats back if on the right. That way everyone gets to try front and back seats at some point.
Hi I am planning to do this trip maybe next year with my family. Was the pre tour in london your own trip? From london to amsterdam, was the eurostar included in the tour price? Also do the buses have toilet in them? Is pisa not included for tuscany travel? Sorry for so many questions. Thank you for this video. Gives me idea on what to expect.
No worries, at all and great questions! For London, everything up until the Eurostar to Amsterdam we did on our own. We did The Shard, Tower Bridge, Buckingham Palace and the Hyde Park, Thames River and London eye. It’s pretty easy to arrange this yourself but they do have an optional 1-day in London paid add-on if you want as well, just not sure what that actually covers. The Eurostar to Amsterdam is included which leaves 9am London and is Day 1 of the tour. The buses have toilets but they generally don’t recommend using them unless it’s an emergency. They time stopovers well so everyone can use the toilet at the stopovers instead. Pisa is not included unfortunately. Good luck with the travel planning!
what a great video and excellent editing ☺ we're planning a similar itinerary for 2025 hopefully also through Trafalgar. May I ask - with the optional extra's did you have to pay in cash to the tour director, pay at the venue itself or pre-pay through Trafalgar 🧐
Thank you, Peter! Appreciate it. The tour director explained the optionals on the 2nd day while on the road and asked us to fill a form as to which ones we wanted to do. Then the payment was requested and finalised on the last 2-3 days of the tour. He had an eftpos machine and we paid by card. Enjoy your travels!
Agreed. Some days are travel days (plenty of hours in the bus but other days are like 20k steps days! And yes, always good to put aside $$ for the extras so you’re not scratching your head while on tour! Some of the extras you just can’t miss.
Nice to see your again on UA-cam. What a beautiful family and what a wonderful memory. I have forwarded your video to Kenji and Yuli. ❤
Wow, you have no photo here but I’m assuming it’s you and your fam who are from Brisbane with us on the tour? 😊

When did you go to Disneyland? The last day, after the actual tour? Planning on Disneyland as well. Was Disney worth it?

Good to know. We're doing a tour late June this year (European Wonderland) So excited!
@@boymom509 have fun! Hope it won't be too hot.
Only problem is the long road trips you will be sitting in the bus for a long period of time and the extras are really expensive but worth it

@@francisandfrancesadventures true before you go to this tour you should already alot at least 2000euro per person
Which month did you do it?
@@KrishaMaree we did it end of November last year!
