Excellent project, congratulations. I have already assembled and tested it and it worked well, there is only a difference in tempera adjusted with the real temperature. But the PID works perfectly. I'm using it on a PET extruder.
I couldn't implement the code with ESP8266, any tips? the OLed does not work, SPI does not appear on the serial monitor, how do I? How do I change the code to replace the encoder with three pulse switches? Use a tactile key pulse to select the setpoint and one pulse to increase and another to decrease the setpoint?
Is it possible to control a servo position with a temperature signal so that the damper opens and closes to control the air temperature that is being sensed by the temp probe
Hi, i try to make your project and when i set the temperature it won't stop and it will keep rise. The measurement work fine but i can stop the temperature to grow.
hi i tried to load the program in the arduino nano but it says xhe memory is insufficient. will you come pose or solve? also the temperature sensor always marks 150. could you help me please
I want to do this too but i heard i cant just use the normal thermistor i have in my hotend but idk what to use to do this with a 100k thermistor. any ideas?
@@Circuitdigest Of course. Stupid question :D On the circuit diagarm is a resistor R1 but i can't see on video. What value resistance should be connected?
Hi, to cool it down you’ll need some kind of heat transfer mechanism. I haven’t tried this project yet but i would connect a fan and make some additions to the code so that when the temperature dialed in is lower than what is measured the fan kicks in. Hope this helps
Hey Dude, Thanks for sharing your nice project with me. How can make the response faster? I mine PWM with Dutycycle bigger than 33%. I suppose more output power makes our control loop faster. How can I change it? Thanks in advance

Does it needs to tune to set pid values for working ? Please inform
Preciso da sua infomação para corrigir a difença da temperatura ajustada, com a mostrada em tempo real no display. Pode me ajudar?

Hello. l'm looking for a solution like that to my ge fridge side by side. To control the damper that operate according the set point temperature.
yeah

I have an I2c display, how can i implement this instead of oled?
You must edit the code. remove the OLED library, include the library for your display and change all the display functions according to you library.

Thermistors are not good for this purpose . Please use thermocouple.
what transistor did you use?
What transistor used here?
hi, i tried to load the program on arduino nano like you did but it says it's too big. how can I do?
most likely on the board installed ATmega 168 ,
her memory won't be enough
Can u share circle diagram of mosfat?
Thanks for the video and information. Is it possible to control the temperature of 200 degrees and above with this circuit?
max 85C
Ottimo davvero bravo 👏 interessante complimenti 👍
Hello sir nice work....how could we control this from anywhere in the world,????
you can try using ESP/NodeMCU with adafruit IO
@Circuitdigest thank you this is the start of my coding learning experience
Really nice video. How to convert code on arduino uno?
You can use the same code for Arduino Uno

Has anyone been able to turn the temperature down? Rotate to the left - the value increases, to the right - it also increases

I cant control temperature by encoder, it increases every time

Could you please share the code
Code can be found in link at description
нет сохранение и не убавляется настройка температуры
