I really enjoy the various camping structures you build as opposed to buying some commercial camper that runs into a crazy amount of money. My favorite camping videos are the rainy-day ones or the winter camping ones where you embrace the weather instead of avoiding it. God has blessed us with seasonal beauty so we should be thankful for it.

Been following you for awhile now. Really enjoy both your editing and your content. You do fantastic work. Watching your backlog of videos and thumbs upping as I go, I had never noticed you light a cigar before. I might of merely missed it in your other videos, but my point is, recently my father died. Its been tough on me and one of the ways I was dealing with it, was to get a cigar and light it in his memory. I was holding it when I saw you light yours. I had thought about just keeping it, storing it away, let it dry up, but keep it as a token. However, now I'm gonna enjoy it. My dad and I weren't close, but in ways we loved each other, in others we didn't. I'm gonna miss him.

Just found your videos tonight and I have to say I love them , my other half hates anything outdoors and pretty much refuses to camp , but I love it my bones and your videos help me get a bit of what what I am missing , I may start venturing out alone or inviting a few friends along because I miss it so much.
Glad you found us! Even in our family, I have way more of a love for the outdoors then my wife, which is why I go out alone a lot of the time. She knows that it feeds my soul and supports it. I think you could totally do the same 👍🏽👍🏽

Love camping in a storm! The rain on the roof puts me right to sleep! That lighting was close! In Florida we learn early that you get inside if there is any chance of lightning around! Whew! Dip the end of that cigar in the whiskey!

Love all of your videos and especially enjoyed this one, the quietness filled only with bird song, squirrel chatter, rain, crackling fire, your guitar playing, the sounds of you working and cooking, it was so peaceful and relaxing to watch.
