Why cant they leave Kilvey Hill alone. Its taken over 50 years to regenerate and now the council &WG want to give Skyline £12 million towards deforestation and dumping thousands of tons of concrete on the hill. Leave it to nature and peopke to enjoy .
I find it highly suspicious that fires have been deliberately started on Kilvey Hill over the past few days. Can't help but wonder if the fires are in some way linked to the development plans. Maybe some people have been objecting to the plans, but it's easier to accept the plans if the area is already scorched. At first I was excited by the plans but having since taken a walk to the top of Kilvey Hill and seen just how beautiful the area is, with its fur tree-lined walks and peaceful atmosphere, I believe it would be a bad idea to develop it and would understand if people objected to the plans.
I absolutely agree with you Simon. I think there's potential for a cafe on the hill but all this other junk?! Waste of money and huge destruction of natural habitats. I'll be fighting this every way I can and suggest other Swansea residents do so too. I also find it ridiculously insulting that the council have agreed to run a deafening zip line above people's houses in Port Tennant! I'm by no means a NIMBY but this is certainly an absurd suggestion.

They talk the talk. But they can't walk the walk.

What a waste of money!
Please let all this happen. (And please stop all the chemtrails)
