Neither announcer works for NBC anymore. This was 12 years ago and Hammond hadn’t ever even like ND and the other announcer is a NFL GM, which is what he was doing here, just analyzing the players for the NFL. Even so all they did was promote how good BYU was.
Tom Hammond was the best announcer Notre Dame has ever had on NBC. A total pro.
